I have been working with Perfect Workout for three months. I have definitely seen a large increase in my strength as I progressed. I was definitely a bit skeptical about how much could be accomplished with 20 minutes twice a week, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I primarily worked with Brandon, who was amazing. He's a very kind and thoughtful person and works well with a variety of different ages and physical differences. He was very good at making adjustments whenever I needed an accommodation due to a physical issue. He always pushed me harder than I would've pushed myself and wouldn't let me give up. I highly recommend the program and him in particular.

The Perfect Workout Wilmette is excellent. The workout there compares very favorably with that offered by Exercise Coach in Wilmette before it closed. There is no substitute for the attention of the coach to every phase of every routine. Every minute is made to count, which is exactly how gym time should be. The coaches are friendly, reasonable, and very well-informed. They know when to push you and when to let up. We've been going for nearly a year and think these high-intensity, slow workouts are idea for those in our age group (65+). An expensive service, but well worth the cost. Very highly recommended! Parking is easy. We are enthusiastic about every aspect of our experience at The Perfect Workout Wilmette.

Twenty minutes, twice a week , plus a one-on-one trainer who is knowledgable, encouraging, and fun, makes this an ideal workout for someone like me who has avoided exercise for any and every reason. Now that I'm 82, I decided that this really is a Perfect Workout, one I have been willing to do with pleasure for over a year now, and one that gives me a sense of accomplishment in my retrirement. I have experienced the benefits: being able to work longer in the yard, have more energy, stay within my weight range, and generally stay healthy. Who could ask for anything more!

Love it! There is something beautiful about short workouts that pack a punch. I've been going about 6 months and am definitely stronger & feel better. The trainers are enthusiastic and are great about form, so I'm working the right muscles. In and out in a half hour, I even often wear my work clothes and go straight to work.
