I've tried at various times in my life to commit to some kind of exercise routine and repeatedly failed. What finally made it stick was training with the community that Trey has created. I'm around the 2 year mark and my health and strength are better than ever.

My wife has taken classes with Trey for just over a year. I started taking one class and 'remote' personal training sessions (he gives me workouts for two days a week plus nutrition counseling).
I have lost 12 pounds in as many weeks. I am stronger, sleep better, no longer snore, and I am sharper during the day. I have a lot more energy. My clothes fit better, and I had to buy new pants with smaller waist and get my suits taken in. Totally worth it.
Trey's prices are reasonable, and he is supportive, accommodating and wants to help you realize your health and wellness goals. This is a friendly, no muss, no fuss, get it done practical fitness training program at a really nice facility with great quality gear in abundance (you wont wait for weights, exercise stations, etc.). If you follow the program, it will exhaust you in the best possible way, and you will feel great. I wish I had done it sooner.

Great community of people and Functional Fitness!! (Aka fitness so you can do the regular things in your life without getting hurt!) For example: I can play with my kids and keeping up with them, I’ve moved a heavy dresser down stairs, climbed in an attic and balanced on joists to check out a leak, I was able to assist my 93 yr old grandmother with standing and getting into bed, ran a 5k without technically training for it and all because I workout here regularly!
Also, they have a nutrition training program which is about building consistent, healthy habits in your life for the long-term.

Coach Trey offers accessible functional strength training classes with modifications provided for individuals just starting out! Many class times are offered to accommodate varied schedules. A great opportunity to build strength and cardiovascular endurance which carries over into every day life!

Three Bears Fitness is just right! I've known Coach Trey for years and was so happy to be able to work out with Three Bears starting in 2020. The workouts are a fun mix, something new every time, a combination of barbell lifts, intervals, dumb bell circuits, rowing, running, bands, TRX - you name it, we do it! And while the workouts vary a lot from day to day, there's also a long-term focus on getting stronger and making progress, whatever that means for each individual.
This fitness community has kept me strong and healthy though Covid, busy times at work, and life in general. Highly recommend!

Three Bears has brought me a good friend group, a great fitness coach and top-tier motivation to get strong and STAY healthy. I have been going since 2019 and I'm so glad. There's a range of abilities so I never felt I was "over my head" or that I will max out progress. Having muscle strength and stamina feels awesome.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Trey is at kicking me into shape. I have been with him for years now. He’s inspiring and funny and the workouts are always varied and fun.. If you’re looking for a great trainer and a great local gym, come check out Three Bears! Trey is awesome, he keeps you accountable and pushes you but in a laid back, no drama or high pressure way - the people are all great, and it’s not a super intense cult like other workout systems out there.

When the gym I had been going to for seven years closed in 2023, I saw Three Bears Fitness recommended over and over again on a local moms Facebook group. It ticked my most important box (close to my house) so I gave it a try.
I love it here! There are so many things I love about this workout: - The workouts are accessible, yet challenging
- The hour flies by
- The group is awesome and welcoming
- It's a supportive community that I truly feel a part of
Trey is an encouraging and knowledgable coach, and he's inspired me to push myself more than I have since having kids. I cannot believe the strength I've gained and the changes I've seen in one year.

Three Bears is exactly what I was looking for and so much more! I posted on a neighborhood facebook group saying that I wanted to take my fitness to the next level and unanimously Three Bears was mentioned multiple times. I have to say I have never been stronger, coach Trey is so invested in his clients and pushes us to be stronger but also better over all. It is like I have my own personal trainer with out the price tag. I have been to so many classes and gyms but this is by far the best results I have ever had with working out. I would give three bears 6 stars if I could!

Come work out with us!! Seriously, if you’ve been looking for small group training with a non-competitive and fun bunch, Three Bears Fitness is for you! Coach Trey creates totally different workouts each time to keep it interesting, fun and as challenging as you make it. You can go at your own pace, so beginners welcome!

I’ve been here for 3 years now after 5 years of CrossFit. It has what I loved about CrossFit (strength training, high intensity intervals, functional accessory work, community) and the workouts are accessible for people of all different levels of experience.
The classes are small-medium groups, and Trey is a knowledgeable coach who works to meet everyone where they are at. He also offers nutrition training if you are interested getting more whole picture coaching. The gym is super nice too: lots of high quality equipment and super clean. Good place to have fun moving and lifting heavy stuff with good people.

Look no further. You found your gym home & trainer. Trey cares passionately about helping us be as strong physically and mentally as we can be. When I reached out to Trey looking to get back into training after 10 years "off" having kids, etc., he was extremely welcoming and encouraging from the start. I immediately knew this would be a place I could get back to myself. I'm a year in and as strong as I was 10 years ago. I can't wait to see how much more progress I make with Trey's programming. Can't recommend Trey & the Three Bears Family enough!

Coach Trey is great ! He has excellent technical lifting instructions and every workout is a new adventure. I have seen steady progress from consistent workouts with him. If you would've told me three years ago when I started that I'd be able to do 20 push-ups, I would not believe it. I highly recommend Trey and the three bears fitness family.

I've only begun training with Coach Trey but I've already noticed additional strength in my legs and arms. I am a runner and cross training has already made a huge difference during my runs.

I worked out with Three Bears Fitness and Coach Trey for three years since it opened. The only reason I stopped attending classes is because I moved out of the state. As much as I try to find a place similar to this, there is no other. Every time I come back into town, I come back in for expert coaching, a wonderful, supportive group, great camaraderie, and a killer workout. If you’re looking for individual coaching or small group training, that will help supportively push your limits, this the place for you. I miss my Three Bears crew.

I love the workouts here! Coach Trey keeps things fresh and fun and the time really goes by fast! I've been a member of Three Bears Fitness for about 7 months and I can feel myself getting stronger week-by-week.
I really appreciate how Trey focuses on teaching the proper way to lift/workout safely. Weight training was new to me when I started and he really took the time to teach me the proper technique, etc.
Trey is great in helping address my physical limitations when working out and he always has an alternative option that I can do.
Would highly recommend Three Bears Fitness!

I have been working out with Trey at Three Bears Fitness for 4 years now and I don’t regret my decision to do so. Not only does Trey focus on form and safety first, but he also has a way of challenging me when needed and ready. This has only made me stronger strength wise and has increased my endurance immensely. I have felt more confident both inside and outside of the gym.
Recently I have also started doing nutrition coaching with Trey and it’s made a world of difference in my everyday life. Not only am I sleeping better, but I also have more energy, clothes are fitting better and my performance in the gym has only improved from dialing in on my nutrition. Trey has helped me make healthy choices for a lifestyle change so it can be maintainable and not just a fad. Nutrition is the foundation to a healthy life and Trey helps with accountability and lots of a great recipes!
