My friends uncle gave me and him a ride here and told us that I need a parent or guardian to come and sign me in and stay here to watch over me like that's so dumb and I called and they didn't say anything about That so that's why this is a 1 star review.

Been a member for a month and the facility is Amazing. All the equipment is great. Classes are Awesome. Highly recommend it!💪

Tinley Rec Gym is a joke. The facility is really nice but horrible customer service, at least the one lady I just dealt with. For some reason I was under the impression that pool and gym passes were the same thing, I was wrong (mistake on my end) I grabbed what I thought to be my pool pass and went to the gym tonight, it swiped in so I thought I was in the clear and it was true that they were interchangeable. 10 minutes later a lady comes up to me (brown hair maybe 5’5”) and says to come up. I say okay, and walk to the counter she says give me your card, I said sure, thinking nothing of it, maybe I just didn’t swipe in correctly. She said it wasn’t my pass, it was my brothers and that I don’t have a pass (clearly grabbed the wrong pass from home) I then realized that pool passes are separate from gym passes, so thanks for that information. But what happens next is bonkers, she takes my brothers pass from me tells me to leave, I tried to explain myself but she wouldn’t let me. I seriously had no idea that that wasn’t my pass and that the pass wouldn’t work for the gym. She could have been kind and informed me but she was harsh and told me to go. I then got to my car and gave the lace a call, trying to explain myself, she said she has no interest in what I had to say. Come on lady, I seriously didn’t know. I’d assume people try and sneak in all the time but I really wasn’t aware of me not having a pass let alone my brothers pass.
You should definitely check up on your employees tinley park fitness. My family has been really involved in this community for years and I’m really disappointed by the way you treat citizens of Tinley.

There are plenty of equipment options. Pool, basketball, volleyball, and pickle ball courts. Walking track!
