I really enjoyed doing the 6 week fitness challenge. I was able to lose about 15 pounds with Drew's support! He provided a reasonable, satiating meal plan that kept me full all day (and sometimes struggling to finish meals) and kept me energized for workouts. The workouts are fun, challenging, and the community is very kind and welcoming. If you are nervous about joining or even getting more info just email! The owner is very responsive and you can tell he has a passion for helping others get and stay fit. It's nice being able to just show up and be told what workouts to do while getting pointers on your form. Overall 10/10 recommend TF!

I am very grateful to this program. I lost 20 lbs and 4.5% body fat in 12 weeks. I was able to communicate with my coach Drew. He helped me tremendously with meal plans and work outs. I have flat feet and knocked knees which makes balancing and form difficult. Drew however helped me with adjustments and alternative exercises. The classes and my classmates have been very open and supportive. I don't feel self-conscious and each class I feel more confident in my strength and ability to complete my workouts. I am very happy with my results and will stick with this gym for the forseeable future.

Easy to follow meal plan, great workout environment, and amazing people! Having the best experience
Fast forward to end of the challenge I completed. It was said I would get my money back either cash or credit once I complete the challenge no matter the results. Well he charges like 116 for one work out per week and gives you a small per week credit so you end up paying 109.32 weekly for one 1 year to get your full credit for services. I told him I didn’t know if he’s price could fit my budget and he pressured me to take one class a week. He charged my card before I even signed the contract. Then when I asked to cancel he made it his business to question me about what I would do to keep my results. I had went from a large to a small before walking in this place and kept it off over a year.

Setting up a time to have an initial interview was super easy. Drew is very personal and clearly shows his interest in helping you. The initial interview has a lot of questions..! It really gets you thinking about what you really value/want. Not only are there goals of physical progress, but personal ones as well. This for me, was essential, because to join a gym that you show up on your time just doesn't give the same structure in my opinion. Having the personal goals to touch base on here and there is honestly amazing.. We are all here to Be better, and Drew helps keep those goals in your vision.
I highly reccomend the 6 week challenge to really help you focus in a goal. I was in need of a structure and just overall discipline in myself. Since starting, I have made it to 3/3 classes every week, and want to keep the streak going!
Classes are always challenging, and there's alternatives to do to keep the challenge; plenty of weight options as well. Everything is demonstrated beforehand, so you're never "lost" on what to do.
Other gym members have been kind and engaging/supportive. Class times/sizes have been easy to work with as well and schedule within the App. I appreciate the App because I'll intentially schedule my work outs days in advance: it helps hold me accountable: which is why I personally don't like "show up when you can/want to" style gyms; but I get it, they have their places too for those who need that flexibility.
If you've read my review this far, you owe it to yourself to come n see with your own eyes! I was lacking direction, initiative, definition, and just overall lack of confidence. These past weeks have truly been life changing for me. If you invest in yourself, you'll get 100% of the results you put in. Take my word for it: Try it!

I started my fitness journey after seeing the ad for a free 6 week program. I was instead convinced to sign up for a more involved program that would cost 49$ a week. included meal plan and weekly workout schedule with a personal trainer in a class setting. Completed the 6 week challenge and list cost to 10 lbs dropped 4 percentage points in body fat and can visibly see the difference in body shape.

I wanted to get back into the gym and I didn't really want to have to worry about my routine. Nor did I have the free time to just "go to the gym". waking up early was worth the energy I got all throughout the day. The challenge of the exercises made it fun and although the exercises on their own are easy the way it's set up to get done made my weight loss goals feel possible. 6 weeks flew by. I remember starting at 331 and now I'm at 321. Drew and his coaches are so encouraging and do a good job at pushing you to be better. Discipline and Motivation make up most of my transformation.

Great gym! I did the fitness challenge and lost almost 30 pounds in 3 months! I liked the structure of the fitness challenge. You put some money down and get your money back as credit if you go to enough classes and follow the meal plan. I liked the meal plan since it was similar to weight watchers. It outlines how much protein to eat for each meal (and how much that is in oz for each protein source), carbs, veggies, etc. and I still try to follow that rough outline after the challenge (with a little more leeway in terms of the occasional cheat meal). Highly recommend for those looking to start or get back into a fitness routine!

This gym is amazing if you have fitness goals you want to reach but need some direction and structure. The results are real and fast if you follow the plan. The energy at the gym is 10/10 and don’t worry about intimidating workouts, everyone is there to work on themselves and there are people from all walks of life. Iv been trying to lose 10lb for about 2 years, based on my own research, workouts and diets. It was very frustrating. I remember telling myself "if only I could have a coach, that could tell me what work outs to do and what to eat, maybe I can hit my goal. Transformation Fitness (TF) provides all of that and more. Iv lost 13lb in 6 weeks! Thanks to the support of Coach Jill’s challenging but fun workouts and keeping me accountable, and Coach Drew’s dietary meal plan. I was provided a scale, blender bottle, supplement and protein powder at the start of my 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge, which made life easier. Coach Jill and Drew are very kind and they truly care about the members. It’s a very intimate gym and with folks of all ages and backgrounds, who are all working as hard as you and have the same goal and intentions. Drew also checked in with me weekly to make sure I was meeting my nutritional goals, which made such a difference in my journey. I’m sure you have heard it before that nutrition really makes a difference but I really do see/feel difference especially after documenting my nutrition for 16 weeks.
Overall the program was a success. It has taught me to trust the process, while simultaneously learning to safely use different gym equipment I had zero experience in. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a community/guidance into their health/wellness journey! 💪🏽

Andrew Is Amazing! I did the 6-week challenge And set a goal of loosing 20-25lbs and I accomplished it. I was 255lbs coming and now I’m 235lbs. Gym is in a very safe location and very clean. My peers are very nice and we encourage each other to work out which I don’t feel you can get at the typical LA fitness or planet fitness if you don’t have a work out partner !!

I wasn’t sure about joining here because i had never got into the whole gym routine ever in my life but our first meeting Drew convinced me that it was finally time i worked on myself, and so i did. I have learnt so much from the classes and they have been way too enjoyable for a workout class, coach Jill makes the workout so much fun and gets everyone amped up with good music and motivation. The people were all friendly and the gym has a lot of equipments that help with full body workouts. This is my first experience following a strict schedule to finally work on myself and i’m glad i chose TF as the place to get into it. Dear Andrew, the owner of Transformation Fitness
I am writing to share my concerns about my initial consultation experience with you today at your gym today January 17, 2025. As a potential client, I was eager to learn more about your personal training services. However, the experience fell short of my expectations due to several instances of being uncomfortable with your lack of boundaries and invasive personal questioning with your communication, in addition lack of professionalism.
Upon arriving at the gym, I was surprised to find that I was the only one there. You asked about my transportation, and I confirmed I could get there without issue. However, I was taken aback when you asked for my exact address on the Southside, suggesting that it wasn't sufficient to simply know the area I raised but you needed to probe further diving deeper into exactly where I lived.
In the consultation room, you asked me to sit down, but I preferred to stand. Your reaction to this raised an eyebrow, making me feel as though this was an unusual request. I sat my purse down, but you had already requested to see my ID, citing a need to confirm my identity which is understandable being we don’t know each other. However, given we just met less than a 45-second interaction at this point, this also felt like an OVERSTEP.
As we began to discuss the weight loss application, I picked up my purse, and you sternly asked if I was leaving. I assured you that I was not, but you continued to stand very close, making the experience feel even more uncomfortable. You then proceeded to ask invasive questions, such as who I LIVED with, even after I stated that I DID NOT live alone.
At no point during this initial consultation did you provide me with information about your TRAINING SESSIONS, SUCCESS RATES, or COSTS. Instead, you focused on obtaining PERSONAL INFORMATION in a CONFINED space, away from the exit. This raised RED FLAGS and made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable.
I would appreciate it if you could take my feedback into consideration and revisit your approach to consultations. Providing clients with transparent information, respecting their boundaries, and avoiding invasive questioning would go a long way in creating a more comfortable experience for potential clients. Highlighting the benefits of your TRAINING SESSIONS, SUCCESS RATES, and COSTS would be beneficial. Most importantly, respecting the boundaries of your clients space is also essential in creating a comfortable space to discuss weigh loss goals.

I successfully completed my six week challenge! After evaluating my fitness and eating habits with Drew, we agreed my goal was to lose 5% body fat, but I ended up surpassing that goal with 7% body fat loss after the six weeks. I was really hesitant at the start of the challenge because of past experiences in fitness, but the moment I stepped into the gym for my first workout, I knew I had made the right decision. Jill is amazing. Her energetic personality and her motivation during workouts really make the workouts better. If you’re really looking for a “judgement free zone” and group (or solo) workouts, Transformation Fitness is your go-to fitness center. As far as the challenge…? I say go for it!

Transformation Fitness has the proper title, it definitely has transformed my life. I saw the 6 week fitness challenge on instagram and was a bit hesitant at first, but once I reached out and had a sit down with Drew it seemed like the real deal and it has been. It includes 3 coached training sessions per week which has a balance of targeted muscle exercises as well as a fun mix of full body/circuit type exercises. I come out of every workout with a good sweat. The large variety of exercises keeps it interesting and engaging. In addition to the workouts you are provided a dietary plan to help you along your journey. The diet plan was a bit daunting at first but how it is laid out makes it easier to follow and it has given me better eating habits that I plan to take with me after the challenge. But wait, there’s more! You also have an accountability coach that is with you along the way, checking in on you multiple times during the week to ensure you stay on track. Coach Jill has been amazing, not only kicking my ass in the gym but also keeping me on track week to week. She brings a really fun, positive attitude day in and day out and makes the workouts really fun. Drew has also been great, I had some travel conflicts during the challenge and he was able to work with me seamlessly to ensure I could continue to stay on track. Drew and Jill are always super responsive and helpful whenever I have any questions.
All in all, if you’re looking for a fun yet challenging and rewarding way to transform your life, I’d highly recommend the program!

Wow! I absolutely love Transformation Fitness and the staff here! It has truly become a family and everyone is so pleasant and nice. Don’t sign up for this 6-week transformation challenge. The owner provides a plan that isn’t sustainable and the marketing does not match the actual plan provided. Moreover the diet is unrealistic and leaves you dehydrated, tired and in starvation mode. I am someone who has worked out my entire life, followed other nutrition plans and my body has never felt this way.

I have been to a lot of gyms in my life, transformation fitness is by far my favorite. For anyone who’s ever been to the typical CrossFit gym, there isn’t always a lot of direction However, transformation fitness is different, while the classes are a lot of fun and very challenging, there’s always alternate exercises and the instructor will work with you one on one until you understand how to properly do the movement. I signed up to do the six week challenge, Which consist of weekly workouts, lots of accountability that we’re doing cardio outside of the gym, as well as ensuring that We are following a meal plan. If you’re looking for something that’s challenging yet a lot of fun look no further than transformation fitness. On a sidenote, it is located in the Pilsen area of Chicago, which is one of the most fun and unique neighborhoods in Chicago not to mention it has some of the best restaurants in the city as well. So what more could I ask for?

I was very skeptical to sign up for the 6 weeks challenge through transformation fitness, but omg I am sooooo happy Drew convinced me to start this journey! It was one of the best decision I have made through out my healthy life style modification journey! I m not saying it was easy, it was very challenging but the support and the workouts provided by the best caring fun coach Jill and Drew's nutrition guidance, it was doable! I finished the 6 weeks challenge, and lost 10.6lb and 5.3% body fat! I would definitely continue with transformation fitness If I end up staying in the city! I went to Transformation Fitness to dedicate my summer to losing some weight and getting back into shape. It’s been a little over 10 years since I had a kid and was able to have a regular running habit and have been trying to get back to that for a long time with no success.
I started a 14 week program working with Coach Drew on my nutrition and lifestyle choices and went to the gym for group cross fit classes with Coach Jill twice a week. I learned a great deal from both experiences, gaining tools that helped me get better than expected results and that I could take forward with me after the program ended.
I was hoping to lose about 15 pounds and lost somewhere between 25-30 and am back on the path to having a regular running routine back in my life. I’ve even gotten resources to help deal with a chronic knee injury that’s been a barrier to success on multiple occasions.
Coach Drew was full of helpful insights on how to manage my diet in accordance with my strength training and offered a lot of helpful suggestions for making my running and cross training more beneficial.
Coach Jill runs a great class and, as someone who has never done weight training or spent any time in gyms, I always felt very welcome and accepted into the friendly and supportive environment. I learned a lot and if my schedule still allowed I would continue going.
Overall - it was a great experience all around and I would highly recommend this to someone looking to kick start a more healthy, fit chapter of their life.

I saw an ad for a free 6-week fitness program for Transformation Fitness which is right down the street from me. Now to be clear, I understand that the gym needs to gain something from this. But I didn’t expect to be asked to pay between $200 to $600 up front at the consolation. Their website has zero information about what their program is or the cost of any of their services. I chalked this up to a failure to have a good website and they had pretty positive reviews on Google. I reach out to the gym and Drew arranged an appointment for me to come in and discuss the free 6-week program. Over multiple back-and-forths by text, he did not mention a payment or that the program had already started.
Once I arrived, I was sat in a solo chair facing two tv screens and given a survey to fill out.
Then I went into his office and he talked through all the parts of my survey in depth, asking me to explain all my negative feelings about myself in detail. He talked about the schedule and only then did he let me know the program had already started and that I would be joining late. He said he wanted to be flexible and get me in. He talked about the different aspects of the training, the nutritional and motivational support offered, the level of commitment expected from me, etc. The whole time he kept fist bumping me at intervals which felt extremely cheesy and uncomfortable, but whatever. He also used a dry erase board to write down some of my expenses and ask if that amount per week is something that could be a good place to start to make room to invest myself. I told him if I enjoy the program I would see no issue paying to continue to use his gym. At this point, he definitely should have told me he expected me to pay him *today.* But he did not. About an hour into what I was told was a 30 min consultation, he said he wanted to offer me a spot and I agreed to join. He finally pulled out some laminated sheets and told me it was a $600 deposit to be paid today and I would get it back after the 6 weeks. I choked up immediately, feeling blindsided and misled. I told him I’m a teacher that hasn’t gotten a paycheck all summer and that I don’t have $600. He sucked in air through his teeth and put his fist to his mouth and lowered his head, as if taken aback and disappointed for me. Which was very embarrassing. He proceeded to show me another option that is $200 “to be paid today.” I told him that I was emotional and needed to process this because I don’t like how this was presented to me after I made time to come explore the opportunity and got excited about everything the program has to offer. He just repeated the details of what he was offering and then asked me if my boyfriend would help me with the $200 option. Which I thought was way too aggressive and even slimy. So I just said I was wary of joining the gym because of how this interaction went. He said that “no bridges are burned” with him and I could let him know if I decided to join. I felt like the whole thing was designed to play on my insecurities and get me to agree to pay $200-600 to join a gym I just walked into.
Since there are at least 4 other independent gyms in the near vicinity, and every single one lists their prices and services clearly on their websites, I will be going elsewhere. That’s not to say I don’t think people should do the program - they seem to offer a lot more than the typical gym by way of nutrition and accountability to help you reach your goals. I just don’t want others to be blindsided like I was and waste their time if they don’t have the lump sum of money right now. The next day he texted me some offers for weekly payments so perhaps they will offer you some flexibility if you ask for it.
I assume the owner will read this - I really hope you consider changing your business practices. With all you offer I certainly still would have used your services and could have planned for the investment and worked with you to figure out the best time for me to start. But your sales practices make me wonder if the place is run with integrity.

Initially I was intimitated to join Transformation Fitness because I thought it was not beginner friendly to people who were not experienced with weight training. I was completely wrong. After recently completing my 6 week challenge at Transformation Fitness I found the experience trully life changing. I not only lost 7 pounds during the challenge but what was the greatest benefit was the significant increase in energy that I have everyday as a result of the strenght training workouts. The great part of the 6 week challenge is that it includes a nutrition plan and daily accountability tasks. The transformation challenge was actually transformative. They took me in, asked about my needs and goals then made a tailored nutrition plan to help me reach my goals.
Then the workouts were also fun, but challenged you to do extra. You start with a warm-up, a primary lift/exercise, then move into conditioning (where you'll really sweat). The coach is attentive and willing to answer questions that you have. And the other members are very supportive of each other.

When my challenge started, I had concerns about how much my arthritic knees would limit me. The TF team helped cater the exercise to maximize my workout while protecting and strengthening my knees. I had been previously limited in activities like jumping & jogging. Today I'm proud to say that the progress I made during these 6 weeks has me doing both again!!!!
The workout classes were great. Jill brings a welcoming hi energy atmosphere, that's both fun, and challenging. Drew's took time to share many tips on things I could do to stay health and strong for years to come. Even my fellow gym mates helped ease me back into feeling confident about being in the gym. The family like atmosphere breeds an environmenta where you don't just have the instructor helping, but also fellow class mates were great at helping me find my way around the gym.
In short, the classes were great with some customization to cater to my needs, the coaches were on point with their healthy living advise, the gym community was welcoming and helpful aaaaaaaaaannnnnd of course I met my weight loss goals 20.4 lbs!!!!!!!. My journey doesn't stop here, I can't wait to start my next session at Transformation Fitness!

I just finished the 6 week challenge with Transformation Fitness and am excited about continuing my exercise & health journey with this gym. When I was looking to change my lifestyle and eating habits I truly appreciated Drew's responsiveness when I sent a simple request. This has continued throughout the 6 weeks with both Drew and Jill along with support, encouragement and accountability, which I needed more than I knew. Jill has a way of making the classes fun and pushing us to reach our goals without being too intense. I also have found a new love in lifting weights and Jill teaches you the importance of it in everyday life. After about 4 weeks I surprisingly started looking forward to the classes. Now to the results, as Drew said in the beginning, if you follow the plan it will work...and it DOES!! I've done several exercise plans over the years but I would always plateau, no matter how often I exercised. The missing piece was the nutrition, which made all the difference for me. The meal plan was a game changer for me and it has also helped me think about food differently and have a better understanding of why I was eating so much junk prior to starting the program. I highly recommend Transformation Fitness for all of your fitness needs, be it working out, nutrition or a combination of both. You won't regret it!

If you are looking for a gym that offers you a true program of transformation, then this is the place. Drew and Jill are outstanding coaches and encouragers on the journey. The classes are well-balanced for steady progress on your goals - mainly good health, strength, endurance, good nutrition, and energy throughout your day.
I went there to first participate in the 6 week challenge. This program was a big success for me personally for several reasons. Renewed my commitment to working out and they made it fun and positive with the right mix of work on flexibility, strength and endurance. Second, I am meeting some truly great positive people - and Jill (the primary class leader) is a great human being, a wonderful role model, and truly cares for and encourages those in the class. Third, I am steadily getting stronger, adding tone to my muscles again (at 63), able to run longer and ride my bike further, and am lowering my body fat. As I age (as I said 63), I want to stay strong. This program has me hooked and I will be staying at the gym to continue to participate in classes and grow stronger, healthier and happier with my own body.

The classes are group classes but if they see that you have different goals/are a different place in fitness, they’ll suggest doing different exercises. I was looking for a place in between a Crossfit gym and a HIIT/boot camp class, and Transformation Fitness sits right in the middle. I like that we do heavy lifts and functional conditioning as part of every class (and if Jill is leading the class you do an ab finisher as a bonus.) And if you are so inclined they have a leaderboard if that's what you like for motivation.
Speaking of Jill, she leads a great class. She is engaging, positive, and keeps the class fun (and light-hearted). I am also impressed that she knows everyone's name that walks in the door. She is helping me focus on my goals by giving me some exercise modifications in preparation for a fitness event. You're awesome Jill!!
For me, it is very important that my form is correct when doing any heavy lifting. Drew and Jill are constantly walking the room to make sure everyone is lifting safely and giving advice to improve their form, and of course making sure everyone is having fun.
I also like the positive gym vibe from everyone that works out there. You can tell there is camaraderie among your classmates. They also do monthly activities with members to keep the good vibes going.
I want to make sure I acknowledge Drew. When I first met with him I mentioned some elbow pain. He quickly educated me on why I was having that pain, and then proceeded to work on my arm to loosen the muscles around the elbow which in turn decreased my pain. Now I know what I need to do to rid myself of that pain. Thanks Drew.

I signed up for the 6-week Transformation Fitness challenge and love it!! I’ve learned so many exercises and I’m still learning more as I signed up again for another 6-weeks. I’ve lost 14-lbs, many inches off of my targeted areas and have gained more sustainable eating habits.
The assorted daily class times made it easy to get my workouts in every MWF with times that worked for my schedule. You also have to do 2- 30 minute walks a week which was a breeze for me as I walk 100-miles a month in the summer.
Each class is different, so you never get the same routine which makes if both fun and challenging.
Drew and Coach Jill are amaZING and I’m so glad I found them…

I haven’t worked out in years. And planning our wedding in have in Tulum in November is a big push to get in shape. I love my wedding dress and want to look my best, and be the best version of myself.
I started out with the transformation challenge. It was amazing! I lost almost 9 lbs in 6 weeks.
The atmosphere and people are great! I was nervous to go but I wasn’t intimidated going at all. Drew, the owner, and Jill are so knowledgeable helpful! I couldn’t ask for a better team.
When we bought a house too far to stay with the gym, I am continuing with nutrition coaching with Drew. I’m down 16 lbs and I still have several more weeks in the program. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and I have no doubt I will exceed my goal with his help!

I was persuaded to write a positive review early on when my experience was (mostly positive). Now 8 months later the only thing that deserves a star at this facility is the physical space and location; the trainers that were there quit and/or were quietly removed and management did nothing to explain through any sort of formal communication (meanwhile they have no problems texting or emailing everyone their CrossFit marketing propaganda or reminders when you haven’t been to the gym in a few days).
I was disappointed to find out by word of mouth that the morning coach resigned (no announcement) and there was also no announcement of the member-turned-intern-turned-coach’s permanent installment. More recently and most upsetting, the only Latinx coach (from the original group when I started) was let go and management again did nothing to notify or explain. She was an excellent relationship builder and given it’s Pilsen and many of the clients are Hispanic/Latinx, it’s overall very disappointing. All of the reasons (people) I enjoyed this gym have disappeared, for which reason I will not be renewing an already pricey rate (one year commitment for unlimited classes at $59 /week) when my contract ends this summer.
Do yourself a favor and find a more affordable space that compensates its staff well and sees its members as community, not cash buckets to sell re-packaged weight loss/wellness/nutrition programs to — further enabling the exploitative nature of the health & wellness industry.
EDIT: less than one month after updating this review the second coach quit for a new role and the replacement coach had to quit for personal reasons. The gym hours have also been reduced in half. 😢

I dropped in maybe 25-30 times. Friendly members. Seems like a really great community that has a get together once a month. Great location. Rosa (who I have not met) is also very sweet: sending personalized mail and emails. -2 stars purely because of the equipment, price, and salesman nature of Drew. Unless you commit to a one year plan at $59 per week, a weekly plan is as much as $99. I felt very pressured to buy a membership, buy it now, pay for a full year in advance, pay for nutrition consulting, etc. The sales process was uncomfortable. Also the prices did not make sense to me given the lack of equipment. There was no incorporation of row, bike or ski that are common in other gyms.

I started at this gym during the transformation fitness challenge but, I quickly came to realize that this is more of a community; from the coaches who hold you accountable, some of us need this more than others to, the social outings that are scheduled monthly. It's really cool getting to know those you whom you work out with also; you start to look forward to the familiar faces. There's a part towards the end of some of the workouts where you have to roll a die or throw a ball into a colored bucket to dictate how many reps you have to complete, a fun little challenge. I highly recommend this gym no matter what part of the fitness journey you're on!

After 2 years of not working out in a gym (was only doing at home workouts) I decided to get back into a gym. Transformation Fitness has everything I was looking for in a gym that fits my needs and goals. The coaches are great and really know how to motivate me, push me and make sure to work with anyone that needs modifications or assistance. While I have done weight workouts before, these workouts were new to me, but the coaches took their time to explain everything and assisting me to get started. In a matter of weeks I started to notice a difference with some weight loss but especially with my strength, each week I am using heavier weights and completing more sets/reps.
I also did the 1:1 nutrition program with Drew which helped me realize a lot about the way I was eating, sleeping and lack of hydration. Not only they helped me understand my body and how to make sustainable lifestyle changes but also helped me by giving me realistic ideas on how to keep these positive behaviors even at the most challenging situations.

I joined Transformation Fitness 3 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Since joining I have lost 20 pounds and have gotten significantly stronger. The workouts are fun and very team-oriented with coaches and members alike (always pushing us but also knowing our limits!). I was out of shape and nervous to join, but the coaches know how to make us feel comfortable as all fitness levels are welcome. Highly recommend!

After over a year of being out of any sort of organized fitness regiment, I decided enough was enough and I decided to try the 21-day challenge at TF. I lost 6 pounds in 21 days through their combination of nutrition guidance (you eat a lot; just clean and smart), focus on fitness and accountability. Their programs and coaches have truly transformed my eating , exercise, and way of thinking towards losing weight.

Transformation Fitness is a great gym. I have been a member for about 9 weeks and so far have lost 10 + pounds. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I had so many fears prior to joining this gym. Transformational Fitness will help you fight your fears and is full of others who are fighting alongside you. The gym is very Covid-19 safe and has respected all statewide protocols. The bathrooms are always clean and equipment is wiped down by gym-goers after every session. If there are any announcements that affect workout hours, gym-goers are informed through Wodify, our fitness management software, email, and text.
I am so happy I joined this gym. I am constantly challenged to try my hardest. Since joining, my arms have become more toned and I am feeling more confident about my physique. I keep raving about this gym to family and friends because of the support I have gotten from the coaches and owners.
If you are on the fence about joining, stop hesitating, do it!!

I'm leaving Transformation Fitness after 18 months as a member with nothing but good things to say. Throughout my time coaches have pushed me to grow physically and mentally and I'm a better athlete because of it.

Excellent program with excellent and caring coaches and trainers. I lost 12Lbs in only 21 days, while learning how to eat properly and work out from home. I actually learned all the things I was doing wrong, so with the corrections it made my weight loss journey even more successful. The personalized service was everything for me. I am honestly amazed by how effective this 21-day program has been. I lost 13.2 lbs in 21 days 😆💪!! I have been engaged in sports, fitness, and monitoring my diet for many years now, and I have never!! gotten the results that I got from Transformation Fitness. It was not easy, it definitely took work and commitment and saying No when necessary. That said, the meal plan has a lot of really great options, I had more peanut butter in the last 21 days than I have in probably a year! And the class workouts were really engaging especially because the coaches were so awesome. And all in a covid-safe environment. I can not say enough about this place! the program they have is amazing! I joined transformation fitness because I have been struggling to lose weight on my own. No matter how hard I tried I just kept gaining weight and this left me feeling quite unhealthy and unhappy. I signed up for the three week challenge and started on August 17th. At the beginning of the challenge, I weighed 157 pounds and at the end I weighed myself and was at 151 pounds!! I have safely lost 6 pounds during these three weeks of working out with transformation fitness. I plan to continue working out with them because of the great results!! I would also say that this is a very supportive environment. I think the coaches are really great at explaining, adapting excercises and very motivating. They take the time to get to know you and I appreciate that! They also answer all my questions when I notice things going on with my body like soreness and such! The members of transformation fitness are also very sweet! I see myself making friends with the folks that I work out with. Every member that I have met has been very kind and supportive. We all support and motivate each other during the workouts and I think this is also contributing to my success! They are also good with covid 19 guidelines! Workout sessions are kept to only 8 people at a time and everyone has to wear a mask. So ultimately if you are looking for a place to workout and work towards your fitness goals I highly recommend transformation fitness.

I can't give this place enough praise. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new gym in the Pilsen/University village area!
I took part in the 6-week challenge and was very happy with the coaching, facilities, and results! Dropped 15 lbs safely during this time and roughly 3% body fat. Their instructors are knowledgeable, interactive, and receptive to all skill levels.
