Before attending Treadfit Shorewood, I was in a huge workout slump. After my first 7 day trial class, I knew I would be coming back for more. Each class is never the same but the positive energy and great instructors are always consistent.
My biggest worries about starting classes were being embarrassed or worried about other people watching me. The class is so fast paced that there is no time to worry about anyone else. I was also worried about not understanding the exercises but each instructor shows the move multiple times which I really like. The other clients are so kind and I look forward to seeing all of them at each class.
Treadfit shorewood is a perfect place for a beginner to begin their movement journey. After taking about 15 classes, I'm excited to go back each time.

Please don’t sleep on this place! If you like variety in your workouts and a welcoming community then Treadfit is for you. It’s for all types of body’s, genders and levels of fitness.
I love that every workout is always different. All of the trainers are motivating & very helpful. With a week FREE trial, there’s no reason not to check it out. 😎 It’s small class groups which allows the experience to feel like a one on one personal training session.

Great full body workouts with a perfect amount of cardio! I also love that they have strength training with cardio focused classes as well as just weight training focused classes. It’s a great variety. I love that the workouts are challenging but don’t feel like I’m killing myself. The frequent workout blocks pass the time quickly & just when you get sick or sore from one block it’s time to move on to the next. & you use weights that work for you. No fancy high tech technology, just good old fashioned cardio & weight training. I’m very happy I found this gym!

It's easy to stay motivated at this gym, the instructors are high energy, the workouts are fast paced, no class is ever the same. The classes are a full body workout plus cardio in a quick 50 minutes. In the past 4 months I went from never going to the gym, to working out at Treadfit 3 to 4 times a week. I work a desk job so it's important for me to keep a regular fitness routine. Treadfit has helped me remain active, build strength and burn calories. My husband enjoys the workouts at Treadfit too, he recently purchased a package and has been loving the strength classes!

I love treadfit shorewood! Lauren has pushed me out of my comfort zone when working out! The classes are all different and challenging but Lauren works to help everyone work at their level. I can’t say enough positive things about Treadfit!

Great workouts and small class sizes. From the upbeat music to the options to modify, the instructors pay attention to detail and are great at motivating. Mixing treadmill work with weight training makes the class go by fast and no workout is the same so you won’t get bored!

I’ve completed 5 classes so far and I absolutely love this place ! I’m seeing results after only 5 classes ! The instructors are AMAZING and make sure you get the most out of your 50 minute workouts ! The atmosphere and music are always on point too! Being a mom of 2 little ones, I look forward to my one hour to better my mind and body ! I’m so glad I saw this one day as I was scrolling Facebook! It’s absolutely worth the money and one hour of your day !

This place is probably the best place to go if u want to get pushed to your absolute best and see results fast. The 7 day free trail is available to test out multiple classes unlike other gyms and after day 1 I already knew I wanted to buy a membership. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and Lauren is the best instructor there is and holds u accountable.

I love this place. The trainers are motivating and keep you pushing yourself to your limits. The Treadfit classes are hard but have an awesome calorie burn. The strength classes are awesome too. I’m so glad I found this gem!

I started with the 7 day free trail, then I bought a 10 class pass pack. I LOVE the fact that you get cardio and weights in the same class. They do there class in blocks..so you aren't doing all the running at once. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging. They are there to push you but understand that everybody is at a different level and you know your body best!!
