We are primarily an exclusive membership based personal training studio offering premium one on one training services. We also provide fitness coaching membership options to provide each member access to the personal training experience. Most people think clean eating means bland, boring food - not with The Remedy’s 28 day Clean Eating Challenge! This plan has my taste buds dancing! The plan provides a grocery list, menus, instructions on how to put the meals together and the best group conversations ever! Oh, losing a few pounds is the bonus!

I took the 28 Day Clean Challenge with The Remedy PT, Farrah Bledsoe. I took the challenge to lose weight but got so much more. Before the challenge I have always woke up tired. That all day tired. Halfway through the challenge, I woke up feeling refreshed with energy I’ve not known. What the challenge did for me was to clean out my system and stimulate my metabolism. I did no cheating and ate everything Farrah set out for us. The plan is a “No Fail” system to follow. Farrah gave us the map to follow with menus, recipes and shopping list. The success is at our fingertips. I lost weight and had never felt better in my life. For me, it was a God send. I still use her map for success. I’ve taken the challenge twice and hold those recipes close. Whenever I get off track and start to feel sluggish I immediately go back to my menus. For me, Farrah provided the keys to my success, it’s up to me to use those keys. Take the 28 Day Clean Challenge and see if it doesn’t change your life too. It’s done so much for me!!

I've known Farrah for about 20 years through a previous relationship. I reconnected with Farrah probably about 10 years ago about getting my hair done. And I asked her a year-and-a-half ago about her health and wellness programs. In 2017, I started a program working one on one with her and was not ready mentally and emotionally because of my personal life, so I backed out. I came back to her in January of 2018 after I was having a lot of back pain after a spine surgery. When I started with her then I wasn't even able to consistently lift a gallon of milk. But TODAY...I am super excited my body feels good, I feel good, and I can now dead lift over 75 lbs. When I started with her I couldn't do ONE modified push-up...now I can do up to 30 regular push-ups in one session. When I first started I couldn't run one lap without feeling like my chest was going to EXPLODE. Now I get lost in the run on treadmill. I no longer have the back pains either. I get excited about working out because I've made so much progress. I went from a size 12/14 to now I'm in a size 8/10. I was 200lbs and now I'm 165 and more confident EVERYDAY!!! I'm not going to lie and tell you that I want to go every day, but during those times she will push me by sending motivation on Facebook showing my progress - because it's really hard sometimes to see progress when you're looking at yourself every single day. So I encourage you, if you want to find someone that is going to walk you through this entire process from the eating, to working out and to motivation to even just understanding you as a woman. Farrah Bledsoe at the Remedy PT is the lick!!! I'm telling you her 28 day challenges are amazing! She has me eating food that I had no idea that I would even like and even some foods that I didn't like anymore, like Avacado. I have also had some health issues with gastric problems disappear as a result of her teaching me to eat better. Also I'm loving the way I look naked!!! LOL!!!

Farrah puts her heart and soul into helping you live your best life. She pushes you in both physical exercise and help you to eat better. Her program is awesome, you can do it at home through her app or you can set up in person training, either way it will be well worth it. I lost several pounds in the first week of training and changed my diet forever.

I have been working with Farrah for a few months and have added her nutrition plan to the mix as of last week! You have got to get the food right! The sessions are intense and just the right amount of time as no one has much time to spare. The recipes are easy & so tasty, YOU CAN NOT BEAT THE PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET, CHECK OUT THE CHALLENGES RIGHT NOW!! This time I'm trading fad diets & ineffective treadmill sessions with Farrah's approach to just eating clean & working out with purpose. What a concept! Thank you Farrah. PS: Yes I have already lost some weight my 1st week on the nutrition plan. Can't wait to tell her in the morning just before my killer 30min session.

Farrah is BOMB. I have been training with Farrah for over a month, and I saw results quickly. Before I started the workouts, I did her 7-day detox, and lost 8lbs. The workouts are 30 minutes, and she knows the correct exercises to strengthen your whole body! She works with you, based on where you are, and gives you tools to achieve the goals you want. You will be pushed physically, but it is well worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend her. You will not be disappointed.
