I love Twist and Shout and so does my daughter. I signed my daughter up for a dance class at Twist and Shout when she was 3 years old. Now, 10 years later, my daughter takes classes almost every night a week. The teachers are talented and tough, but also very caring. They have definitely encouraged my daughter to hone her craft. The owner Stephanie is a joy to work with. She is very organized and addresses any questions or concerns promptly.

Our daughter enjoyed the class, for the most part, but we decided not to continue here, because there was very little new presented to her. Everything she learned, she had done previously, in past classes and she got nothing new. We didn't feel like there was a lot of value from the level she was in or was recommended to us. We joined another place, and she was immediately challenged and enjoyed it more.

my daughter was in two different classes. In both classes the instructors let the children run around and pretty much do whatever they pleased with very little teaching happening. you have to keep close eye on billing and making sure your account is accurate as they "lose" payments ( cant prove because they do not provide receipts) very poor management. communication is awful, went to management with a costume problem and was treated very rudely. you definitely do not get what you pay for!

There's a nice variety of classes and it's a nice facility. The teachers we met were all nice and talented.
The problem is with the management. You rarely get a timely reply to email - if you get one at all. (More often, you don't get a reply.) You also have to watch the billing very closely and make sure your account is accurate. Very poor management / customer service outside of the actual class. (It's probably not worth the hassle unless your kid is really into one of the specialized classes or you really like a teacher; there are plenty of other great options in the area without the management / accounting / support issues.)
