I signed up for this gym before it opened, and by the time it finally did, I had already moved out of the area. I notified their pre-opening staff in person that I was relocating and needed the membership canceled.

Now that the gym is open, they’re charging my card even though I’ve never used the facility once. When I called to cancel, I was told it could only be done in person, which is impossible since I no longer live in the state. The representative I spoke with (Darren/Dorian) was extremely rude and dismissive, offering zero help or solutions.

This gym is refusing to cancel a membership I never got to use, and the customer service has been terrible. I’m now escalating this to corporate. I would not recommend signing up here until they fix their cancellation policies and train their staff on how to treat customers respectfully.

I’ve never even had a chance to experience the inside of this gym before they start charging my card way more than what I signed up for. I spoke with the manager Jamila and she hung up on me after I declined to come in because she couldn’t give me any transparency as to where these fees start coming from. She insisted I come in to pay instead of telling me why I’m being charged everyday since I signed up.

So glad that an ad for this gym came across my IG feed! This gym is brand new and really nice; I especially like the color scheme and decor. Even though the gym is on the smaller side, it still has lots of amenities for members to use. The best part about my experience so far is working with coach Malcolm! He is such a great coach. He pushes me beyond my comfort zone while still supporting me to help me reach my fitness goals. You can tell he really cares about what he does and he’s a well rounded coach - very on point with the nutrition as well! He’s punctual, kind, and just a genuine person. I’m looking forward to taking yoga and mat Pilates as well as other class offerings as they become available. Love the gym so far and hope they can continue to foster a strong community amongst staff and members.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at UFC Gym Morgan Park. I initially signed up for what I was told was the lowest plan with a guy named Kevin. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true at all. They ended up charging my card $157.50, which was way more than I agreed to. I also found out I wasn’t the only person they did this to. I have 4 of my friends who went through the same experience. It honestly feels like they swindle people by signing them up for higher plans without being upfront about it.

When I tried to get this resolved, I spoke to Shane and Shawn on the phone. They were nice enough, but they insisted I come into the gym to sort it out in person, which just doesn’t make sense to me. I simply wanted the overcharge refunded without having to make a trip. Overall, it was just too much hassle and not at all what I signed up for.

The website and Google says this place is open 24 hours. I tried going tonight for the first time and saw locks on the door showing the place was closed. Terrible first impression please update the hours.

Love the environment seeing familiar faces that your use 2 seeing need a station with cleaning wipes more garbage cans and spray bottles also the light woods they put in sauna got dirty fast n it can be a lil hotter

So far the gym and the environment is amazing. I've went during busy hours and have still been able to get my workouts in without having to wait since there is more than enough equipment. I would give 5 stars but I would like more cleaning spray stations and garbage cans placed around the gym. Having to walk so far to find spray and paper towels to wipe equipment is an inconvenience.

So far, so good. Im elated to have something like this in the community. I have been a member of LA Fitness for quite sometime and after COVID the classes fell off. I can work our the "normal" way any where, here I can get great group classes with great coaches and train different. Please continue to keep the gym clean with a courteous staff, clean locker rooms and equipment that works. The huge TV in the middle of the gym is also a plus. I can't wait to take the JuJitsu class this evening, this will be my second work out of the day. Very exciting and I hope things don't change! Shout to 6AM M&W Boxing Cadio Class with Coach Dev!!

Worth every penny. State of the art equipment, all the coaches have been great so far. I recommend coach Dev for one on one boxing. Clean state of the art recovery room with personal infrared saunas and a cryotherapy box. Plenty group classes. Courteous staff.

Gym is great, classes have been great so far with good instructors. But I called for pricing on rash guards (long sleeve shirts) and they said they couldn’t give me a price. They said I had to come in person so they can ring it up on the kiosk. Not sure how that makes any sense. Not the biggest deal in the world I guess but I feel like if they didn’t know they could have just asked someone else.
