Came here today with my friend and our toddlers for an open play and had a horrible experience. I guess "open gym" is not really an open play because during the open gym they also had a private kids tumbling class. I soon as one of our kids or other kids stepped into their space which was not separated and close to all the trampolines we were told it is a private class here. We tried being respectful and not have our kids disrupt their class. As we tried moving our kids away from that space one of the parents from the private class first gave dirty looks and pointing fingers at my friend and her child from behind the glass where parents watch their kids. My friend made me aware of this. Then I fell the victim of pointing fingers and using nasty body language to move my child away, as I tried then my kid started crying. My child does not know the difference between open gym or a private class. Kids want to be kids. We came here to have fun but instead they made us feel like we shouldn't be here. Maybe they should separate their private classes from the open gym because kids dont know any better. Or schedule different times for each. I brought this up to a manager but he was too afraid to even confront the nasty private class parent for her behavior. Said he was aware of her behavior and can't control it. So I had to do it myself and she still thinks she is better than anyone else. You can't fix miserable and entitled princeses. We all paid to be in the same space with our kids. Do yourself and your child a favor and don't come in here for the "open but closed gym" unless you want to push your kid away from playing.

We started gymnastic classes here almost 2 years ago and we love the place since then. My two kids, now 4 & 5 years old, love the coaches and the classes a lot. I would recommend to everybody !

My kids have been going since they were toddlers. Great coaches. Also, attended several birthday parties.
Updated: Coaches are still great and kids are being challenged safely.
Kids parties are fun. Classes are organized!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after today’s experience, I feel like I need to share my frustration and disappointment. My son has been attending this gymnastics center for a few months now, and we’ve had mostly positive experiences. He started out a little shy, but with the support of Coach Abi, he gradually became more comfortable was able to participate on his own. It was such a relief to see him enjoy it and thrive.

However, after the schedule switched to Coach McKenna, things have taken a turn. My son just doesn’t seem to connect with her style, and as a result, he’s been really reluctant to participate and stay in class. Today, my son kept running out of the gym, so I stepped in to help him feel more comfortable. I was in the corner, out of the way, and I thought I was being respectful of the space. I was in there for maybe not even 5 minutes and then, two separate staff members came up to me very rudely and told me I couldn’t stay. This was never an issue before with Coach Abi and I was completely blindsided by how I was treated. It made me feel humiliated and upset that my son, a 3 year old toddler needed the extra support of me being there to engage when it was never a problem in the past.
I understand the rules but the inconsistency in how they were enforced today really bothered me. I’ve seen other parents stay in the room with their kids without any issue. I pointed out that another mom was staying with her child 100% of the time in each class in the previous session, but she explained that her daughter had different needs, making me feel like my son’s needs weren’t as important. It was incredibly hurtful.
After being treated so rudely, I left the class early with my son when he came running out to me once again. I felt so uncomfortable and ashamed. I just wanted to help my son feel better about the class, but instead, I felt like I was being punished for trying to do what was best for him. I’ve always been respectful of the rules, but this experience has really made me question whether this place is the right fit for us. I wanted to share this in case any other parents are in a similar situation or can understand how disheartening it was to be treated this way.

First off, this place is in the middle of nowhere. Walking inside the building, there was a strong odor/smell. Bathrooms weren't upto mark as well.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about USGTC! My daughter does bronze with AJ and absolutely loves her. My son does the tots class with miss Tanya and she’s absolutely wonderful! We also started tumbling, and the coach for that is great too. All around a great place to bring your kids!

Attended a birthday party here (for children). The kids had a great time! The facility kept everything safe but did not have overly strict, invasive rules. It looked so much fun and I wanted to jump in and play too. Will look into gymnastics lessons here for the kids, because it was so great!

Update: I have a 3-year old and 6-year old in lessons here now and still love it! For the little ones, they teach basic skills while allowing for movement freedom and problem solving.

We had my sons 9th birthday party and it was perfect. At first I was worried from seeing the photos online however it doesn’t give you the idea how big the place is. We had 23 kids and there was tons of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

The staff there was incredible on keeping an eye on all the kids making sure they are safe. Would highly recommend it.

We came here for a toddler birthday party and were very pleasantly surprised. There was plenty for all ages to do and we had the floor to ourselves. The one thing I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to do a party would be to book 2 slots. I can't imagine if you only booked one session (about 1.5 hours). There wouldn't be enough time to actually enjoy the floor and do cake/food. Overall though it was a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful and the area was clean.

I do not recommend going to this “gym” the workers do not help you work on skills, they just force you. My daughter had experience because she got forced into the splits. If you are looking forward to open gym I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE you cannot run. And if you run you get kicked out and you cannot come back. This place is just a mess, I wish I can rate this place zero. I do not want to pay 8$ just for my kid to be kicked out in the first 30 minutes of “open gym”. Oh I forgot, you get no refund.

If you want to smell flowers go to a garden, if you want to learn how to compete and win at gymnastics come to USGTC - coaches are professional and work very hard - even the owner is an active coach... this a real world experience, my daughter has been going here since 4 years old and proudly competes on the USGTC Level 5 Team - coaches are top notch, I wouldn't go anywhere else...

I signed my almost 2 year old daughter up for classes here and booked a birthday party for a month later (shame on me for not checking out the facility prior to pulling the trigger). We arrived at the class and we held in a separate area from the gym area until class started (It's a parent/child class). The whole area smelled like a gym locker. Just gross. I can understand that the area where the classes take place might smell, but the reception area? It was not a great welcome. Another parent said "it's smells like a men's hockey locker room in here". So that wasn't great. Then class started. The "teacher" was not very focused, there was a lot going on. Two year olds are easily distracted. It wasn't a great mix. I was told on the phone that the little kids go into a separate area, this was not the case, we were right in the middle with older kids on all sides. It was loud (and still smelly). Towards the end of the class time, we finally went over to a separate section where it was a little more secluded from the main floor, but still not a great space for instruction. I think the teacher was trying to instruct, but it was not successful. After class, I went to the office to ask if we could see the party room. She told me that it was upstairs and it might be locked but I could look. We went upstairs and it was even more disgusting than downstairs. It's obvious that it's a hang out for the older kids. Dirty, loud, and stinky still. The party room was locked, but that was ok. We'd seen enough. I am sure that the quality of instruction in superb here, but it really skeeved me out. It was chaotic and dirty...and again, smelly.

My 5 year old son got more gymnastics training here in 5 minutes than he did in the entire multi week program at another local gym. My 7 year old daughter also enjoying her class. Small classes and the coaches are able to give lots of individual attention and instruction. Every coach I have seen is nice and helpful and encouraging. Office staff (Kat) very nice to work with as well. Not sure where the one star reviews are coming from... crazy!

My daughter is 6 years old, and for years begged and begged to be put in gymnastics, so I finally save enough money to put her in the program, and in 2 classes, the instructor for the 6pm Thursday night Silver class has completely destroyed her self-esteem. She speaks to the kids as if they are professionals. This was my daughter's first class and was able to go right into silver because she can do certain things. I have tried to call the facility multiple times to talk to someone, and no ever answers. I have left voice mails in the past and never get a phone call in return.

I was hesitant about signing my toddler up for classes based on the 2 prior reviews I saw posted. However, I am so glad I did because the experience has been wonderful! It's true that the place is not air conditioned, but they have many big fans that keep it cool. We are signed up for a summer session and the temperature has been absolutely fine (nor has it been smelly or dirty as mentioned in a prior post). Also, my daughter had to miss one class because of a vacation and I was offered a make-up class or refund. The instructor (Ms. Kate) was amazing. She was fun, patient and modeled and guided my 2 year old daughter through multiple activities so that she could be successful. My daughter LOVES it and I will definitely continue to enroll her in classes here!
