I've trained with Coach Marcelo for many years. He's not only taught me and others how to defend ourselves with the art of boxing, but he's also shown us how to react and plan for life's greatest battles that are outside of the ring. He's shown us what it means to be a leader and how to be humble with the knowledge we receive everytime we come to train. It's more then what I expected, boxing is the main focus, but family among all is what you get,

And a good portion discipline amongst each other no matter where you come from or what you have been through it's a great workout with great friends this makes time well spent,
