Victor is hands down the best personal trainer Iβve ever worked with. He was patient yet pushed me to become the best version of me. When I would train for a specific event, he would tailor my work outs to best prepare me. When I had an injury, he also helped me continue to work out and not fall behind.
I would recommend anyone join Victory Training. 10/10 stars, absolutely recommend.

Victory Training is a terrific, small local gym. Itβs great that you can book a time, and know that everything you need will be ready for you. This is a place for meeting your personal fitness goals. Itβs not a see and be seen scene. My wife and I are in our 60βs and that is definitely not what we wanted. We have been working out with Victor the owner who provides us workouts tailored to our age and fitness level so we can succeed. After more than a year we both feel stronger, fitter. Victory Training is a friendly, respectful space. We have met everyone from serious lifters, real fitness buffs, people simply combating too much desk time, to rank beginners like we were, and thereβs no judgement, no competition, just a supportive community for bettering your health.

I've been going to Victory Training for about a year and I love it. The workouts are targeted to my needs and, once I started, I could quickly see the difference. My trainer is nice, helpful and makes sure that I am doing things correctly so that I see results without getting injured. I was burned out on the health club vibe and large group classes. At Victory Training, I am working out in a setting that focuses on health and not any extraneous things. It is well priced for what you get and Victor is incredibly helpful. He connected me with the right trainer and makes it work for what I need at that time. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience here. I was really struggling to get and stay motivated to be active. The scheduled gym time helped immensely. I was connected with a trainer that helped me see results I was looking for and to learn more about lifting, which was all new to me. Now I feel immensely more confident in being able to show up for myself, maintain consistency at the gym, and how to workout with weights! Canβt recommend this place enough if youβre trying to get yourself moving and have some more accountability around that.

I won't ever go back to a "global gym" again. Being able to book my workout using Victory Training's mobile app is super simple, and gives me the peace of mind that I can get in my workout without worrying about the gym's capacity. Each workout zone has more than enough equipment for weight training and cardio.
Victor is extremely responsive, helpful, and has setup a great experience in the gym with tablets for custom workouts, and speakers for playing music.
It's great to have the home gym experience without needing to find the space in the city for a home gym.

The space is small and not overwhelming like some large commercial gyms can be. Victor really takes to heart what you are looking for when setting you up with a trainer. I not only learned so much from Jonathan but I feel like I also gained a friend. I can not recommend Victory Training enough

Love this little gem of a gym! Nicely located in Roscoe Village with easy street parking (at least in the mornings!). Worked with a great trainer, Chris, and Victor (owner) was friendly and easy to work with. Nice to have a smaller gym to work out at and avoiding large crowds. Would highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Victor for letting me use his gym! I was visiting Chicago from out of town and needed a gym to work out at. I walked in Victory Training and was able to get my workout in within the hour. Victor allowed me to use his equipment and Gym after hours for free!! Yes the gym is small but you can tell everyone in there is dedicated to fitness. If you are in the Roscoe Village area Iβll highly recommend you check this place out!!

Great post COVID gym. You can do full body workouts by Zoom or schedule an in person, isolated work out station, that gets disinfected after every use. No sharing equipment, everyone gets their own full set based on your own requirements.

This is a real gym for real people who want a real workout. There is no judgement, you don't have to wear fancy clothes/are not there to be seen. You are there to workout and workout hard. Great sense of community among those who workout together and free access to body fat/muscle analysis to keep you on track.

An awesome neighborhood gym for busy adults with lives. There is zero pretension at this gym: just friendly, knowledgable, positive and HELPFUL staff across the board. The other members come to get their work in but are friendly and sociable. The program is designed for everyone to have a scheduled workspace with everything they need to get in and out in an hour whether it's personal, group training or independent workout of the day. It doesn't matter if you're an absolute beginner or buff for years. Victor and his staff are great. I trained with Jon and he is the friendliest, most laid back dude and a patient and knowledgable instructor. The focus here is on the customer and it shows.

Victory has changed me for the better! I started with them for the Official Six Week Challenge and what an amazing journey it has been. I lost 7.2% body fat and lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks! This sounds crazy and a bit intense, but if you are looking for a program to change your lifestyle, this is it. The trainers teach you one on one about form and push you to new goals every week. Victor and Stephanie walked me through the meal plan, answered all my questions about alternatives, and were one text away when I needed them. The attentiveness and motivation from this gym is unlike any other and I'm so glad I did it. I'm now excited to go grocery shopping to explore different options and feel energized every morning because of the change in diet. Thank you guys so much! I'm excited to see how my journey will continue!

As a student athlete, I can say this place can be for anyone. Their workouts are customized to your preference. I used Victor's Daily Workouts for Varsity Basketball my junior and senior year and I never felt and looked better. Even though his regular workouts are for busy adults, he can make it for people like myself (I'm 21). Whether you're a young athlete who needs muscle mass or if you're just a regular guy simply trying to stay in shape and lose some pounds. I'd definitely recommend.

Six short weeks ago I decided to try a 6 week challenge at Victory Training. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was impressed by the training staff, the daily workouts, and the workout space itself. At the end of the 6 weeks I lost 33 lbs and 12.3% body fat!!
The way it is set up provides everyone their individual station where everything they need for the workout is there. You don't have to wait for a machine, weights, etc. You don't have to walk around looking for equipment. You don't have to worry about showing up and all the squat racks or your dumbbell weight being taken. I believe this helped the workouts do more because there was very little unneeded rest.
The workouts can be done by anyone and the training staff was always ready to adapt a movement, check your form, and let you know how to make the most of out each workout. Victor, Pat, and James were the trainers I worked with the most and each of them were very attentive during the workouts.
They have a bathroom and shower so if you need to go to work or anything after your workout you can clean up and go.
If you are looking to make a real change, a sustainable change then check out Victory Training! You won't regret it!

Needed a jump start in my weight loss journey and decided to take on the 6 week Victory Challenge. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! Love everything about this place from their convenient location, to their knowledgeable and welcoming staff. I was so nervous to get started but my trainers James and Pat were with me along the way, pushing me to meet my goal and guiding me every step of the way. I completed the Victory Challenge now but will be starting my independent membership soon!
When people see me and see my results I am SUPER proud to say it was all possible with the help of the wonderful staff at Victory Training.

Victor and his team are amazing and they are fostering a fantastic, welcoming workout community. The space may seem small from the outside but they have done an outstanding job of utilitizing it well. I never once felt crowded even when the place was full. Victory Training honestly changed my life. I came in weighing 148 lbs with intentions of trying to bulk up in less than 6 months. By the end of those 6 months I went all the way up to 175 lbs. They gave me a regimen and I stuck to it. The trainers at VT are phenomenal people with nothing but patience and dedication. I would recommend this gym to anyone serious about making some real changes to their body size. VICTORY TRAINING IS THE TRUTH!!!

This is a great neighborhood gym filled with lots of awesome trainers, each with different types of training expertise. I've been training here for over a year now and originally came from a Crossfit gym. In the beginning I stuck with my "Crossfit-like" WOD's and then transitioned to more traditional strength training. I injured myself a few times along the way and there's even a trainer here who specializes in identifying the injury and creating a rehab program to gain your strength back. No matter what type of training you are looking for, Victory Training has it!

Really amazing gym with excellent staff and coaches. It doesn't matter if you are just the average person looking to get in shape or a crossfitter who needs equipment and doesn't want to join an affiliate, this gym is for everyone. I would also strongly recommend taking any class with Thomas as he is one of the best coaches I've ever worked with. He is very knowlegdeable. You will get a great workout while at the same time you will learn more about how to maximize your body's potential.

I just completed a six week challenge with Victory Training and wouldn't trade the experience for the world! I mainly worked with Victor, James, and Thomas. These guys are great - they make sure you keep proper form during workouts, keep you motivated to continue to improve, and are happy to answer questions and provide tips/suggestions on workouts, eating habits, supplements, and more. My favorite classes there are the group classes with Thomas - in these classes you're not just focusing on yourself but the success of the team. Either way though, you won't leave disappointed. I ended up losing 6% Body fat and 9.5 lbs in six weeks and intend to keep at it.
