"Would give 10 stars if I could! I've tried every workout under the sun, and voltsfit Ems training has been the biggest game changer for me after giving birth to my child . I'm telling literally everyone I know about it because it's that good. I personally train with Andriy and absolutely LOVE him. He kicks my butt in the best way and is just such great energy. My only regret is not trying it sooner! "

I’ve tried so many different workouts over the years, and this one is by far the most practical and effective. You see results almost immediately, and your hair isn’t dripping in sweat ( one of my favorite parts). Intense results without the intense workout on your body. Trainer Andriy is so amazing & patient with walking you through each step, customized the zones so my workout is perfect. That I can get a great workout, in my home, in so little time, has been just what I was looking for. Thank you, Voltsfit and coach Andriy, for improving my physical health and making it so seamlessly easy!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this EMS workout and coach Andriy at Voltsfit studio. After my pregnancy, I struggled to lose the weight and get back into shape, but everything changed when I started working out here a year ago.
Thanks to his expertise, guidance, and the EMS technology, I've lost over 30 pounds and dropped my body fat percentage to 15%. More importantly, I've gained 50% muscle mass, and I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before.
What makes it even better is that the EMS body suit and the workout are only 20 minutes a week, making it super easy to fit into my busy schedule as a mom. With everything going on, it’s hard to find time for traditional workouts, but EMS makes it manageable and incredibly effective and equals to 4 hours at the gym.
The studio itself is always clean, welcoming, making every session enjoyable and motivating. The coach is an athlete and an Ironman! He is incredibly knowledgeable, always adjusting my workouts to suit my needs and pushing me to achieve my goals. I can't recommend this studio enough for anyone looking to transform their fitness journey.

I love this workout it’s powerful and only once a week for 20 minutes. It targets all your muscle groups at the same time and its equivalent to a 4 hour session in a health club. It’s great! Andriy is a skilled trainer and an athlete which is comforting. He knows his clients needs and guides them. I highly recommend EMS TRAINING.
