About the Club

W3Body, a Women's Training Gym is a women-only gym focusing on semi-private personal training, one on one personal training and TEAM training. Our semi-private group fitness and private personal training sessions focus on building strength and our TEAM training sessions focus on core and cardio! We also have a workout on your own area for our members. We start everyone in a short-term trial to give them the ability to experience our programs and figure out if we are the perfect fit for them and their fitness goals! We welcome women of all fitness and experience levels into our programs. Our mission is to empower women through strength training, and our goal is to help you become a stronger and more confident woman.

“I absolutely love everyone at W3body! they are incredible instructors— they are knowledgeable, motivating, and always makes the workouts fun yet challenging. Liz and Denice really pays attention to proper form and pushes you to reach your personal best in a supportive way. The atmosphere at W3body is so welcoming and empowering, they truly brings out the best in everyone. I have been working out for many years at several of the big box gyms,all types of classes,equipment,trainers and I was very impressed with W3body women's fitness center.
First of all,the air quality was of clean fresh air, no stinky gym odor. When I was leaving that evening cleaning crew was there cleaning up. All equipment works,and they had some equipment I had not seen before.
It has small personal instructed group classes, with multiple exercises combining multiple purposes. I felt challenged but encouraged to work at my best level.
I enjoyed my workout tremendously

It’s almost Mother’s Day, and I can’t think of a better time to celebrate W3! A few years ago, I was in the thick of early motherhood and would’ve laughed if you told me I’d be going to a gym almost every day. But now, showing up for myself in this way—as a woman and as a mom—has become one of the most important things I do for both me and my family.

I’ve gained strength, confidence, and energy—but more than that, I’ve found an incredible community. Happy Mother's Day to all the incredible moms of W3!

I joined W3 Body in Elmhurst about 10 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time.

I wanted to start strength training but was intimidated at the thought of going to a “CrossFit” type of gym. I liked the idea of a women’s gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the members are very welcoming - nothing to be afraid of here.

The main focus is strength training in semi-private sessions, but cardio/core classes are also available. There are 3 different workouts for strength and 3 workouts for cardio/core classes and they change monthly, so it’s never boring. It is very easy to sign up for sessions via their app. One on one private personal training is also available.

I like that I don’t have to come up with a workout regimen on my own. The coaches guide you thru the moves and will come up with alternates if you cannot do something.

I’ve taken back my health and I feel I am part of a community here.

If you want to start strength training, join W3 Body. You won’t regret it!

After being a member of W3Body for over a year, I can confidently say that this gym has changed my life! I am now happily waking up to go to the gym at 6 am everyday and couldn’t imagine not starting my day there! I have gained over 15 pounds of muscle! I joined w3Body when it first opened, I thought let me start with 1 semi-strength and up to 2 team training classes a week to see how I could fit this in with my busy schedule. Well it’s been over a year now and I have been going consistently 5-6 days a week and the results show from not only my overall appearance, but through my physical/mental health, energy levels, and strength!

Thanks to this gym I have been motivated and able to get my health and fitness back on track after many years of having kids and just life! I enjoy the class structure of the semi-private strength and team training for cardio/core with different routines A,B,C that change up monthly. I don’t have to plan and figure out my workout regimen and can just show up. Additionally, I like that they have special misc. classes offered throughout the year, available options to workout in their separate small workout area or 1-1 training, and have hosted social outings to get the ladies together outside of class.

The staff and coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the community is great filled with all different experience levels, ages, shapes and sizes. It is in a good location with available parking and is a clean facility.

I love this facility! I joined in March of 2024. I have lost 30 pounds, and am gaining strength and agility, which is a great accomplishment for this 62 year old woman. The strength training is awesome, and the team trainings are tough, but fun-and they do allow accommodations. The women I work out with are incredibly supportive and encouraging. The trainers are knowledgeable and willing to be flexible with activities if there are physical issues. I look forward to them helping me gain more strength as I head into my sunset years!

I’ve been a member of this training gym for 12 months and I have never felt stronger or more motivated to focus on my fitness. In a given week you can complete three customized small group strength training sessions with very experienced coaches. After one month, you’ll have repeated the sessions each week, and track your progress. The data doesn’t lie!

Additionally you can monitor results through heart rate monitors and your output displays on a board and app. Once you understand the numbers, it’s a great tool to keep improving. There are also body comp scales to track your overall progress and the trainers are so knowledgeable.

It was hard to get over my cardio focus but strength is where it’s at! If you still crave more, you can take team cardio sessions on your “off” days.

The best part is the members. All shapes, sizes, ages and levels are genuinely welcomed here. There’s no drama and such a great community. I would recommend W3 to anyone! No regrets.

Hello!
I've been a member for almost a year. (January will be a year)
All I have to say is this is the healthiest I've been in years!
When I started in January, my plan was to lose weight. But, I needed the right resources, and tools.
I found this gym, and it checked all of my boxes.
I was introduced to strength training workouts, and personal training.
I was able to reach my goals with all of these things.

After joining I have went from 183-142. While being here I was able to learn what a caloric deficit was, how to properly fuel my body. How important strength training actually is.
I love how every month the workouts are different as well.

I would NOT be where I am without this place.
What is really great about this place, is the positivity everywhere you go.

You will not be judged, this is a zone where I personally feel at home, and that is because of all of the wonderful women I have met, as well as the trainers.

I highly recommend anyone to join this gym.
I have worked out at both locations (Berwyn, and Elmhurst), and both have been beneficial to me.

Jaime, (the owner) you are bada**, I admire the constant dedication, as well as the passion that you have for your place.

I truly love W3 body, and I hope everyone checks it out 💪

I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are incredibly encouraging and welcoming; they genuinely care about your progress. I have positive experiences with all the coaches. Since starting strength training, I’ve been feeling much better, and I really appreciate that the coaches check in on me if I'm feeling sore. Jamie, the owner, is very down-to-earth and creates a supportive, no-judgment environment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is really looking to improve their fitness, no matter your current level!

Very welcoming, amazing vibe and supportive people ! Love that it’s women only. Semi-private classes so there can only be 5 people max at a time for classes. They have other classes that can accommodate 16 people. It’s sort of expensive but it’s cheaper than 1:1 training.

I love this new women’s only training! The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating. The format makes time fly. The trainers are encouraging and make sure you are challenging yourself, but not in a pushy way. I’ve tried many classes and gyms in the area and so far this is the best and I’m seeing results.
