We didn't go to the aquatic center - we held a celebration of life for my mother who just passed away... We rented the shelter and we had electricity all the way around it and were able to keep food warm... It was a beautiful day - we decorated the shelter and had a great time celebrating the 78 years she had here with us 💙💔

I love being able to go after work and most of the time be by myself to learn each machine and how it can help my goal. Always super clean, I do wish there was a bunching bag that would be so awesome to add.

The staff at this place lied to me about renewing my membership and told me that they do not give refunds. Do yourself a big favor and NEVER go here. There is a Quest fitness center in town, or a planet fitness in Marion that will treat you like a human.

Very nice facility, my grand daughter loves to swim here but cost raised from 6.00 to 8.00 per person this year unless you have a child under 5. Also be AWARE that you only have ONE hour to swim. Guards will time you down to the MINUTE and tell you to get out. I have asked several times why this rule and was told yesterday it was made for COVID.....that was 4 years ago!!! Also that the board made this rule. Can't afford to take a $16.00 one hour swim with my grand daughter. Will opt for other facilities for recreational swimming when I visit from out of state.

Generally decent, nice new paint job. Staff still act like they would rather be somewhere else. Lifeguard told my 10 y/o son, he would have to leave the pool if he didn't stop rough housing. He was PLAYING!! Splashing, jumping--normal stuff. Guess the lifeguard wanted to make sure i knew he was in chg. Different staff but same place, same bad attitude.

My son and I go swimming at the aquadic center for his P.E. class. He's home schooling and we love going there. The water is always warm and very clean. The staff is always very nice and helpful..

Nice facility and my kids had fun, but one lifeguard was wearing street clothes (with sneakers) and not paying much attention to what was happening in the pool (sometimes turned toward her coworker instead of facing the water). Otherwise, nice place!

Great space in West Frankfort! We had a membership for LA Fitness in Seattle for a while, and the lower price for the Aquatic Center's comparable amenities make it more attractive than traveling to a privately owned club. Don't let the posted hours sway you - you get a pass to get into the gym (not the pool) when they're closed, so early morning/late night/Sunday workouts are possible.
