I started my fitness journey with WLI Fitness
& Coach Dewan about 3 weeks ago. I'd lost about 35 pounds by walking alone prior to joining. I felt like I needed direction in working out because of a cervical & lumbar stenosis and degenerative disc issue that my 3 doctors feel that I need surgery for. In all truth, I don't want to have to have spinal surgery! I went looking for a trainer that would help me to get stronger AND not hurt me in the process.
I found Coach Dewan on Google and I'm so glad I did! In just 3 weeks, I can honestly say I feel stronger, I'm more flexible and the things that used to send me to bed & my heating pad for days, now don't hurt me as much! Taking the trash out was pure torture & even grocery shopping was hard! I still have some painful days but his stretch therapy sessions help to bring down the sciatic pain level. If you've ever experienced sciatic pain then you know it feels like hell fire trapped in the buttocks and back of your legs. It's down right awful!! It has been so bad that I was prescribed anti-seizure meds just to control the nerve pain! I said all that to say; give Coach Dewan and WLI Fitness an opportunity to help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals!

I have really bad plantar fasciitis and in just three short sessions with physical therapy at WLI its feeling better. It's not cured but I definitely feel a difference.

I'll try to be fair. I signed up for a boxing and abs class, but did HIIT instead; that's not the problem. The HIIT workout itself was fine, nothing unique, but solid, stuff I've done many times before. Unfortunately, before we got started, "there were a few things (the trainer) wanted to do," including weighing me and taking various measurements with a tape measure. From there, he, more or less told me my body was bad, and seemed to think that if I wasn't presently in ill health, I was surely at high risk. But, of course, if I trained with him, as opposed to my current trainer, all that could change. He made various claims regarding his impact on the health of his clients, including what sounded to me like a claim to have had a positive effect on an active cancer patient's diagnosis. Sorry, man. But, as great as vigorous exercise is, you can't make such a claim. And, though I may look more like Tyson Fury than Deontay Wilder, I'm ok with that, so long as I still look more like Fury than Wilder after the fight: a tape measure is not an accurate measure of either my athleticism or health, current or future.

Love this Gym! Many of you like me go to the gym to work out and walk 2-3 miles a day seeing little or no results. Finding Weight Loss, Inc was a game changer for me. We worked on my upper and lower body and changed how I eat. BAM! Results. I lost 30 pounds just like that. It is so important to have a trainer and nutritionist if you are serious about being fit and healthy.
