I started with higher level fitness 3 weeks ago and took the 28 day challenge. They gave me a meal plan that is easy to follow and makes you feel good. So far I have lost 10 pounds and feel great. I have always worked out; running and lifting weights, but the workout is like nothing I have ever done before! It challenges me mentally, aerobically and strength wise. I LOVE working out at 5 AM and the energy and clarity it gives me throughout the day. The trainers are all supportive and push you to achieve your goals.

HLF earned my 5 stars for several reasons...coaches are down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, interested in me and my goals, never complacent, offering more than just a fitness program but a lifestyle. The weight loss program is a great addition. I'm learning how to eat better and reach my weight loss goals.
I also love the women that I work out with...friendly and easy going. Thanks Coaches!!

Just finished the Friday 9 am workout with a great group of ladies! So encouraging and fun! Thanks! This was my 3rd workout....ever... with HLF. Hristo is the BEST!!!! I'm down 3 pounds since Monday. Cutting carbs out has really made a huge difference. Drinking lots of water too. Looking forward to the Monday night group work out. Happy weekend to all.... especially the ladies going to the Office tonight.... (for water) So happy to have found HLF on Facebook and taken the first step to better health.

WOW Fitness Boot Camp is amazing. The workouts are insane and you really feel like you are pushing yourself to the max. This place is the ultimate bootcamp with people who care about your progress. The WOW trainer will push you but won't break you - you might think you're going to break but the trainer make sure you don't. This is super important to me because I use the classes as a supplement to my marathon training.

Highly recommend WOW Fitness Boot Camp! About 6 months ago I was introduced to WOW in need to build some muscle and gain overall strength, and I could not be happier with the results. Hristo will push you, encourage you, motivate you and that's exactly what I needed.
Now 6 months later I competed in a bodybuilding show ( plan to do more) became personal trainer myself ( still keep training with my coach Hristo at WOW) and keep getting compliments on my physic and strength. All this thanks to WOW Fitness Boot Camp, especially Hristo who have been my inspiration, encouragement and support!

I have been working out with Hristo for almost 4 months and I'm very pleased with the results. I wanted to change my nutrition and exercise plan long term and knew that I needed something more motivating and challenging than the elliptical. I was tired of my weight going up and down year after year. I have been energized and feel more powerful. I look forward to my workouts 3 times per week. The program is constantly changing to maximize results.
