No matter the age or fitness level we have a program for you. From our Youth Sports Development Class, Sports Enhancement Program, Personal Training and Online Training we create custom programs that will give you the best results youβre looking for.
These programs will improve your movement, enhance your performance, decrease your risk of injury, and help you attain your athletic and wellness goals.
We will educate you on how to maximize your workout by analyzing your deficits so you can specifically target those areas and improve your overall fitness level. This will decrease injuries associated with exercise and enable you to capitalize on the time you spend working out to GET RESULTS.

I can't think of a better place to go in the Quincy area for health, wellness, and overall performance. It doesn't matter if you're a young athlete or someone who's trying to get back in shape, Chris and his staff at XCEL are great and they genuinely care about helping you achieve what's most important. No fluff, they get right to it and figure out how they can best help. I've known Chris and the XCEL Team for years and have nothing but positive things to say.

Mitch, Brian, and Kelly are awesome. I was experiencing a sharp stabbing pain in my right side. Mitch did some fascia massage across my thoracic spine area and was able to alleviate the sharp stabbing pain. Mitch instructed me to do stretching exercises to prevent the pain from reoccurring. Brian and Kelly helped me when I injured my back in the past with fascia massage, exercise, stretching, ultrasound, electric stimulation, and moist heat. The absolute best place for therapy. Thank you
