Yoga for You is the best yoga studio in the area. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to get to know their students. Yoga is for everybody, not just the fit and flexible, and YFY has props to make poses accessible to all, and the instuctors are experienced in working with all body types. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and a variety of classes are offered weekly. Highly recommend👍👍

Yoga for You is a wonderful studio that welcomes everyone. The teachers will help you with your yoga practice if you are experienced or a beginner. There are lots of props to help you explore poses in a safe, effective way. I have been practicing at the studio for several years and recommend it highly.
