I love this studio! Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and supportive. There’s a variety of classes to suite your needs, along with fun workshops to bring the community together even more. I would love it if we could get hard floors, but that’s the building management. I treasure having a studio like YOTB in my neighborhood and don’t ever want it to close!

When I moved to the area 12 years ago, I found Focus and felt right at home. I have practiced there regularly ever since. Then when I was looking for a place to get my yoga certification, I once again chose Focus after researching many yoga studios. This is certainly a special place which has evolved over the years into a beautiful center for overall wellness.

Focus is wonderful Yoga studio with a real community spirit. The space is beautiful and the instructors are great. My favorite is Freya because is skilled at customizing to student's needs and I always leave her class feeling fantastic.

I have been taking Katie’s level 2 class as part of my pandemic recovery and it is just what I need. The class is challenging but Katie is always patient and encouraging. Someday I aspire to get through that class without shaking snd sweating. I’ve also taken a couple of Freya’s classes, which are were a great combination of relaxation with a milder physical challenge. The studio is beautiful and the staff are always welcoming.

Beautiful studio with beautiful staff! I did a medatation and a cranial sacral class with Char and her energy is powerful! I left like I was floating on a cloud. The vibe table that is offered is a one of a kind Experience that I have enjoyed many times! It puts me into the best and deepest Medatation’s ever faster! Thank you to all the beautiful staff dishing up love on a daily basis!

Wonderful energy, classes, community and space. I have been a yoga student for 20+ years. I’ve been attending class at Focus Om for almost 1 year and I can not say enough about this place. The teachers offer a beautiful blend of the asan and yogic philosophy. I am there most days and It never gets redundant. The space is energetically so peaceful, what a gift/blessing to our community. Avoid! Bought a groupon for 5 yoga classes at this facility, after I have attended one class they refused to admit me for the second class, and told me it was an administrative error to accept my groupon as payment! That was after a 30 minute drive to the facility which is not cool. Never going again

I went to a yoga class here once and the staff was so friendly! I had never done yoga before and they assured me I would be fine. The instructor was kind and the yoga session seemed great. I was able to keep up! Would return again in the future.
