Attended the Tai Chi class on Wednesday and greatly enjoyed it. Helping me to relax, and be more mindful of my breathing as well as how I use my body.

I leave this yoga class feeling incredibly relaxed and even euphoric at times. It is a very nurturing environment. I also recommend Lissa's personal training and coaching. She helped me with a shoulder and knee pain, self image and confidence. She is very knowledgeable about the human body.

Amazing studio. Visited Steamboat for a month this summer and went to 32 classes! They were all amazing and unique, the teachers were all great and Sandy the studio owner is awesome. Can't wait to return.

I am so glad I found this little gem not far from where I live. The yoga class on Saturday morning is perfect , and Nicole was amazing with my son for his 1st private yoga session. He's 7 and has sensory issues, and yoga is great is for calming and focusing him. I highly recommend this studio!

I'm so glad this yoga studio is here in Belleville! I've been to many yoga studios in my lifetime and never have I found such a welcoming place. The owners, Lissa and Nicole, are absolutely wonderful. Don't worry about being judged here. Everyone is accepted. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can make modifications for your unique body and skill level. They offer classes from beginner to advanced. If you've never done yoga before, you could take the fundamentals class where you will be surrounded by others who are brand new as well. At the end of the class you will be well prepared to take regular yoga classes with confidence. They have vinyasa, beginner-friendly, and restorative classes regularly scheduled. For students who want to deepen their practice but don't necessarily want to do a teacher training, they have an advanced studies program where you can take individual classes in 7-8 week sessions such as personal practice basics, yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy, standing poses, breathing awareness, etc. I absolutely love this studio and am very glad it is here so close to home! At first I started coming to this studio to enjoy the classes, but I loved it so much I decided to start working here too. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
