I have joined a lot of different gyms in my life and this is hands down the absolute best, most supportive, most empowering group of people I could possibly choose to work out with and around. I had been on a mental and physical decline and thanks to this gym, its leadership, and its community, I feel like I have a whole new lease on my life and body. Thank you!!

I get personal training twice a week with Chris Marquez, the gym owner and I also attend the HIIT classes they offer around 4 times a week. I’ve been a member now for 10 months and have no plan to leave.

They also have really great communications and they partner with local vendors/trainers to incorporate other services like massage, yoga, Zumba, and more.

Finally, I like the fact that they partner with the local school system to provide after school training and activities, all part of the networks violence prevention program. This gym and its leadership are true leaders in the community and neighborhood!

First time I met Chris I knew this was the Gym for me! Immediately enrolled. They welcome you with open arms right away. All trainers are amazing. Extremely professional and kind. They're all great at what they do. There's never a dull moment and workouts are great. Time goes by super fast. I've had the pleasure of working with Chris, Cinthya, Sam, Dejuan and Grace. Incredible personalities all around. I love the diversity, it's family oriented and the gym is always clean. Chris has reasonable package prices, which is highly appreciated. The hours are great, especially if you work full time. So grateful to have joined.

His energy and mind set is unmatched and it’s truly why I’ve been able to stay consistent. He’s helped me get so much stronger, in addition to losing the weight. After successfully maintaining a 2 year long-distance relationship with the gym, I finally decide to go back. My friend spoke so highly of her trainer so I decided to check him out. Chris is so awesome and very encouraging. His 5am classes work perfect into my schedule, 10lbs down! I knew it was the perfect fit for "us" when my 13 year old daughter didn't give me a hard time getting up to go work out. She absolutely enjoys the classes! Y.O.U isn't like other gyms I promise, it's like a family! :)

I came to Christopher a little over a year ago with the goal of wanting to increase my stamina on the skateboard. Since being a client I have increase stamina AND he has also helped me recover through a knee injury, build strength/muscle and better my balance & hand/eye coordination.

Christopher will challenge you and is passionate about being able to reach your goals. When telling him about my goals its nice to see his face light up and ask questions about the progress.

Christopher hosts weekly HIIT classes that have been fun to attend. He will change up the routine so you're never doing the same workout twice. The perfect afternoon group exercise right off the 606.

Plus: Lets you select your music while you workout and has a good music taste if you let him pick.
The gym equipment is new and space is kept tidy with room to expand in the future.

Joining Y.O.U Fitness was one of the best decisions I made for myself. I needed an affordable, comfortable, clean and challenging place to get my fitness on.
