I started with Zack about a month and a half ago and I’ve noticed big results. I wasn’t interested in figuring out a public gym on my own so his knowledge and help as been great. He’s a nice dude to talk to and train with. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been training with Zack for about 5 months now and can see big changes in my body. Zack is great at including all the little muscles that are often neglected. He makes the workouts fun and ensures that one workout is never like the last. His gym is also extremely clean and has everything you need to get a great workout in. I highly recommend Zack to anyone who is serious about living a healthier lifestyle and getting in shape.

Love Love Love this trainer. It’s not just a job for him he truly cares. Very knowledgeable in his craft and understands and observes your weaknesses and incorporates exercises that will correct those areas. He observed my having potential knee and lower back problems (which I do have) without me having to tell him so not only am I doing workouts that aid in dropping weight n building muscle but he incorporates exercises to correct the issues I’m having in my back n knees which is a major plus.
He is very professional, encouraging, n in tune with his audience...the overall experience is fun yet challenging....by the next day trust and believe you Know You’ve Been WORKED OUT!!!!

I started going to Zack about 3 weeks ago and he is great! Each session is different focusing on different muscles. Not the standard lets go to this machine, he really works all the muscles. He is also conscious of my bad knee and is helping getting it stronger! Great trainer!

Super helpful and knowledgeable would recommend to everyone!

I started going to Zack to get back into a more healthy lifestyle and he really delivered. The gym is really nice, clean and well-managed. One thing I really liked about it was that it was not a frilly gym, it’s definitely a get to the point work out, have some fun then come back tomorrow. Is really obvious that Zack knows what he’s talking about and takes into account your previous history, your goals and lifestyle.

Each workout is different and dynamic so I never got bored and it felt like I was always getting better.

We even started talking about my diet and real ways to get healthy and not a get slim quick scheme.

If you were a beginner who needs direction on what to do in the gym or your looking to change up your current workouts schedule,I would Zack
