Beyond incredible, they’re very family oriented and support all the members greatly. Very welcoming environment and they’re always full of smiles every day. It’s such a positive group of people that really encourages development in every aspect. Very much non judge mental and comforting to really chase those goals. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BECAUSE I LOVE IT!!!!

I’ve taken several classes at this studio which have all been fantastic. They are so good at getting you hyped and excited to work out! I love the strength/HITT class. It’s challenging without being too hard, exactly what I love! The capoeira classes are also a ton of fun. I love learning to move my body in different ways! I have never been so in tune with my body as I learn new movements. 10/10 recommend taking a class here. The teachers are so welcoming and encouraging. They really know their stuff!

What a great space to find that mind and body connection! I have been doing Capoeira for about 7 months. I really like the instructors and the community that Capoeira creates. I have improved my flexibility and endurance in a short time.
