Andrew really puts the 360 in 360 fit. He always has novel exercises that keep your mind engaged without wanting to stop working out or getting distracted by repetition. He also make sure that you are eating healthy and getting in good nutrition for your goals. Andrew is an awesome personal trainer! The workouts are tough but not overwhelming, and I feel great after every session. He also provides nutrition tips and step challenges which are helpful for staying on track. The rates are reasonable and definitely worth the investment. He is so encouraging, friendly and very professional, providing each client with one-on-one attention. I'm dropping fat, losing inches and have increased endurance. I was searching for a personal trainer to help me achieve my weight loss and fitness goals for an upcoming trip and came across 360 FIT NWI on google and FB. After reading the rave reviews, I contacted Andrew and set up a consultation. He almost immediately responded to me, was very professional and immediately optimistic, which was a pleasant first contact experience. Once I met Andrew for consultation, we talked through my lifestyle, sedentary job, stressful commute, exercise level. He communicated his confidence that we can make great changes and was excited to get started! Flash forward now six weeks, I can attest to the fact that Andrew is ALWAYS super positive and in a good mood even when I am "not feeling it", ensures that I am using proper mechanics for each exercise, pushes me through the workouts with encouragement and positivity. He looks for my feedback about the workouts to gauge how I feel & if I can push more, which I appreciate! He also keeps me accountable to my personal goals i.e. steps per day, diet, etc. I HIGHLY recommend 360 FIT NWI and Andrew! If you are on the fence like I was (for a long time), you should definitely give it a shot!

Dare I say I love working out here???? Iβve been working out here for a few months, first with a buddy and now on my own, and I will continue to do so until I have met my health & fitness goals and am able to keep up with my new, healthy lifestyle on my own. One of my favorite parts of working out here is that Andrew is really good at talking to you about what your goals are, how you are doing in attaining those goals and also talking you through bad habits, bad choices in a very motivating way and without making you feel guilty or bad about yourself. More than that, he tries to offer solutions and alternatives. He talks to you, he listens to you and tries to motivate you in a way that works for you so he can help you achieve your goals. Donβt get me wrong, he makes you work! But the work that you put in your sessions with him are catered to you, your goals, your abilities and limitations (injuries etc). Genuinely cares about you and keeps it interesting by keeping it different every time. I've been able to take what we do in the studio and incorporate it into my own at home workouts. Unfortunately, I'll be moving away in June and would have to stop, but I can confidently say that the stuff he teaches me sticks with me and I can take it with me wherever I go.

When I made it to the gym, my workout routine of reading a magazine on the elliptical and doing a few tired weight machines, wasn't feeling terribly effective. Andrew is a great personal trainer in large part because he's an excellent teacher. His personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workout. Andrew consistently explains why we're doing what we're doing. He provides good information about healthy diets that is useful in everyday situations. Andrew is just a cool guy, easy to talk to....someone who makes you feel very comfortable as you put yourself in the somewhat vulnerable position of attempting self-improvement...I've seen results and I feel better about myself.

I started with Andrew a year and a half ago while taking a drug that negatively affects bone density. After 6 months of working out with him, my bone density returned to the level it was before starting the drug. The dr was so impressed, and so was I.
