Absolutely love this place and Devon. Trying to find things to do that are fitness related and not boring can be a chore, but Devon makes each work-out something interesting and new. I started with Devon at almost 500lbs and not able to move comfortably and Devon has helped me get down to under 400 (and still counting) and able to complete three Spartan Races with my family. He truly cares and is fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

Devon not only puts you through the therapy but he teaches you why it's important for your body. He evaluates your input and let's you guide the training to what your body needs. I would highly recommend to any athlete, young or old! It really helped me in my running, and he helped my build confidence in myself. He shares vital information to success and is a great resource!

Devon has been a life saver. He has helped me with many of my health goals over the years. With an individualized work out routine I have been able to maintain mobility, increase strength and muscle as well as cardio (my least favorite). I have lifted much of my life. Devon helped with correcting my movements thus preventing injuries.

I’ve been working with Devon Brown and AdventureFit for just less than one year, and it’s been a great experience. Devon has a wealth of knowledge to share and the AdventureFit platform allows you to work out on your own using the suggested program or a different one you can choose. Meeting with Devon in the studio is always a great learning experience and I look forward to my in-studio sessions.
