I am a very harsh critic when it comes to certain establishments and customer service. I signed up for a 7 day free membership. Michelle was very kind and professional every step of the way. She greeted me with a smile and walked me through the process. There was a small misunderstanding on my part and Michelle reached out to me with kindness to make sure everything was okay moving forward. She was very accommodating and willing to work with me. The gym is extremely clean and well kept. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that you can’t use the turf when they have training classes. It may not bother people who work around the training time or who doesn’t normally do core floor workouts. Other than that, I have no complaints and will be using this gym again.

I would not even give this place as 0. Management does not respect their female clients. They allow grown men to harass. And intimidate would not go here if you paid me. And they should be thankful for that instead of dealing with said man, the older woman. Had to quit and go somewhere else.Do not patronize this place

I cancelled my membership with this gym and they continued to charge me. The manager is RUDE. Manager incorrectly insisted that I must make an appointment and fill out a form in person - and since I was working a regular shift, this was impossible - plus she never answers the phone or returns calls. It's illegal to require anyone to fill out a form in person to cancel a membership - there is a federal law for just this reason. It is just a tactic to make it so hard for you to cancel that you give up. The manager refused to follow federal law. After many arguments, she emailed me the form which I immediately returned via email. She stated she would not process the cancellation and that I would continue to be charged. I had to block it at the bank where I learned that Anytime Fitness is notorious for this illegal behavior. I called the corporate HQ multiple times and they stated they can't do anything because she's a "franchise owner." Now it is on my credit report in collections. I will now be disputing this on my credit report and filing complaints with CFPB and BBB, and leaving the lowest possible review on every platform I can find. if this has happened to you, I encourage you to switch gyms immediately to Planet Fitness in Portage. It is ten times nicer, half as much cost, and allows you to cancel anytime.

Super nice, clean and chill location! Great place to work out and shower! My husband and I travel all over the US and this is one of the nicenst and cleanest Anytimes we have been to. I also heard the staff being super nice and helpful to other patrons. Wish they were all as nice as this location!

I've been a member here for over a year so I have had the chance to watch the staff in action.
To say the least they are A-number one top notch. Mike, the personal trainer has forgotten more about training than I know. He was walking by me while I was training and gave me a tip that I still use today. It changed everything about the way I trained on that particular piece of equipment and I've been lifting weights/training for over 4 decades!
Mike is always on point. He is liked by everyone. When he gets into trainer mode you'd better watch out because he gets very focused.
I've watched him train folks and marvel at what he can get out of them. He is just a plain likeable guy. It's really fun to watch him goad the regulars to do things they otherwise would not. He truly is one of the guys.
Come to Anytime fitness to get in shape. As with anything, you must stay the course to realize the results. Mike will get you there.
I can't leave Michelle out of this review. She is the nicest person to deal with when you have Membership issues. She cleaned up a problem I had to my great satisfaction. She knows her way around the system to fix anything you may need.

24 hours makes a huge difference with my work schedule I will be dropping my planet fitness membership so long as they keep up with there equipment I'll be staying here.That was was only issue with anytime in the past they would let the equipment fall apart it would get dirty and broken shortly after opening a location no complaints here so far
