About the Club

Bare Fitness training has been transforming lives since 2015 with its comprehensive fitness programs. Their small group classes, held in the morning and evening, help adults and athletes of all levels build muscle, reduce body fat and weight, boost mobility, and combat the effects of aging. For young athletes, Bare Fitness offers specialized strength, speed, and agility training to enhance performance in sports like football, soccer, volleyball, and baseball. Their experienced trainers ensure results by increasing speed by 1 mph and vertical leap by 3 inches within 20 sessions.

I contacted Chris about his Youth Sports and Conditioning program for my high school aged son, who has struggled to gain weight and build muscle mass.
In roughly 3 months of training my son has shown significant speed gains. He has offically unhooked the wagon and no longer has his Cross Country lope that he acquired during his growth spurts. He is now explosive with his movements and sprints properly.
As far as weight gain and muscle mass goes, he started the program at 174lbs and he is currently sitting at around 195lbs. His biceps have grown 1.5" and the definition of his quadriceps is impressive.
My only regret in this journey is that I didn't contact Chris two years ago when I first found his website. Chris has proven to be knowledgeable and always responds to any of my questions or requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend Chris if your child has hopes of being elite and playing his or her chosen sport beyond high school.

I have had three kids work with Chris and have been very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Currently my daughter is doing private lessons through Chris for volleyball. I have been very pleased with her improvement. She does not have a height advantage as a hitter and has goals of improving her vertical and arm swing speed. After just a few weeks, I had parents come up to me talking about how much she improved and how great she was playing. She has also had peers ask her how she jumps so high. Chris does a great job at measuring her improvement through testing, every couple weeks, which is fun to see. In 4 weeks (going twice a week) she added 2 inches on her standing vertical and 2 1/2 inches on her approach vertical, and that was after a season of volleyball where she was practicing hitting every day. When she is not doing her Bare Fitness workouts, she notices a difference. I would highly recommend Chris to help in any aspect, of any sport.

My son started with Chris about a month ago. Hes always been a pretty slow runner and not the strongest kid. Already seeing great results! I was watching him run after about 3 to 4 sessions, I had to do a double take. Is that my kid running fast?!?! Also doing it the right way/healthy way. Son is always gassed after workouts but not a wholebody ache-bad for yor body and muscles in the long run regimen!

He provides the face to face commitment and will provide the items you should do on your own to accomplish your goals. Our family had been searching for a gym where we could exercise together—myself, my husband, and our lively 8-year-old daughter. Bare Fitness turned out to be exactly what we needed! Not only did we find a welcoming spot to stay active as a family, but we’ve all grown in the areas we wanted to improve while getting healthier together. Where do I start with my review of this metabolic strength and conditioning class? As a 55-year-old guy who thought his best fitness days were behind him, boy, was I wrong. This class has been a game-changer, not just because I can lift things without grunting like an old man.
First off, the workouts are intense. Picture this: a mix of high-intensity cardio and strength training that makes you question your life choices. But hey, no pain, no gain, right? My body is now stronger than it’s been in decades, and I’m actually enjoying the process – shocking, I know
The weight loss? Incredible. I’ve shed fat in places I didn’t even realize I had fat. The muscle gains? Let’s say I’m considering entering a “Best Dad Bod” competition. Who knew that at 55, I could still build muscle like a 25-year-old?
And the community? It’s like many of us older folks getting together to prove we’ve still got it. The camaraderie is real, and the trainers are just the right mix of encouraging and, let’s be honest, a little sadistic. If you’re an older guy looking to turn back the clock and get in the best shape of your life, this class is your ticket.
