About the Club

Bela Pilates and Massage is a Pilates and Massage Studio providing professional private, duet, and Pilates classes in Plainfield, Indiana and surrounding areas. Rebecca Cook has been teaching Pilates for over twenty years. She has training from The Pilates Center, is Comprehensively Certified through Balanced Body University, has training in Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching, AI Stretching, and is a Specialist in Pilates for Neuromuscular Conditions. She also a Licensed Massage Therapist and holds a Sports and Medical Massage Degree from Indiana Wellness College. Bela Pilates and Massage, teaching and equipping pain-ridden and aging adults with real tools to get their life back through movement and relaxation.

The short time that I've been attending Bela Pilates, I really improved. I had gotten out of shape and needed to get back into shape. I have taken Pilates in the past and enjoyed it but Rebecca is excellent at motivating a client. She's also very supportive of effort. My shoulders were painful and they have already improved with range of motion and less pain. Rebecca is an excellent Pilates Master instructor.
