BFT in Westfield is possibly the best gym I’ve ever signed up for, and unfortunately I have to write this review because I moved too far away to continue my membership. The coaches, who were often met by a half-awake version of myself, were always optimistic and energized in the mornings. It may not have been visible, but I really appreciated the vibes they brought. The facility was new, clean, and organized. The differentiator at this gym that really drew me in was the heart rate monitor system during workings. This system helped me “gamify” my workouts and push myself into higher heart rate zones on days where it made sense. For context, the workouts range from full stretch to full cardio and all combination in between, so there were days where we were intentionally trying not to have a high heart rate for the full workout.

Excellent! Love it and trainers are top notch! Challenging and very effective. Only con: Unused classes from packages of 8 or 12 per month do not roll over. For obvious reasons they prefer clients sign up for unlimited classes and if you do not do that, choices are 8/month or 12/month. Often due to travel or holidays it can be difficult to get even 8 classes in. Then pause is the only option yet one could maybe get 4 classes in (but you still lose unused classes). This cumbersome process may appear to encourage sign up for unlimited monthly classes but it can become so cumbersome that one seeks other options for this type workout.

I am really enjoying BFT . The energy from the owner, clientele , trainers, and front desk is contagious.
The music gets me pumped up and the filtered water system is a nice value added service . I like that there is a warm up, demonstration, and cool down stretch . To avoid injury the trainers do a good job observing form.
I like being challenged while having fun .The program offers a variety of workouts which makes it difficult to get bored. I can pick up my Flexx meals here as well which also is a really good meal prep program to complement your fitness goals .

Excellent gym. If you want to have a more customized workout routine in a group setting, this is the place. At least 2 coaches per class who encourage, support, and give guidance throughout. They are constantly checking form and pushing you through the workout. The coaches are very motivating and knowledgeable as well. Love the 8 week progression programming. The strength focus is great and love that I feel like I'm working towards something and there's a purpose behind the day's workout. Overall great workout, coaches, and community. Highly recommend.

I was so excited when BFT was opening in Westfield! I knew one of the trainers from a previous workout place and I have been missing working out. BFT is a great work out place that incorporates weights (dumbbells, kettle ball, barbells, medicine balls & resistance bands) and cardio equipment! I love the mix of it all. Never before used a row machine or a skier. After a workout I feel so empowered & stronger. The trainers are great and really help with motivation and encouragement. They really want the best for every member. I love that there is usually 2 trainers per session. This place is amazing!!!

After a month at BFT, I have already gained 2% muscle while losing weight! The instructors do an amazing job of demoing the stations and helping us while we perform the exercises plus the various workouts have kept things fun while not repeating the same thing every day or week. After 9 years of doing the same old thing: running, rowing and lifting, it’s been a great change of pace! I would highly recommend BFT Westfield!

I recently relocated to Westfield and had been looking for a gym for over a year. I saw posts that BFT was coming soon and I signed up. BFT is a wonderful community of exercise, motivation, encouragement, physical challenging, and friendships. A BFT workout is one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but it is also one of the best I’ve ever done. A feeling of accomplishment makes you come back! The coaches are the best!

I was eager to try Body Fit because of the mix of free weights, kettlebells, and cardio equipment (rowers, treads, 2 types of bikes). It's been even better than my expectations. Like any good program, they shuffle emphasis on body parts and cardio so you can go every day if you want and not be too sore from a previous workout.

The coaches do a great job of keeping an eye on form while encouraging people to push to their potential. I was recently returning from 2 weeks off due to back pain (from yoga, no less!) and they showed me how to modify the exercises so I wouldn't aggravate my back. They also checked in often during class to make sure I was fine.

I did Orange Theory for years and F45 for several months, but BFT is my people!

Loving the day to day variety and how much strength training is incorporated in the schedule. There is no way you can get thru a class and not feel like you’ve pushed yourself. This gym was a nice change. The staff are all super friendly and very chill. I love the use of barbells and the stress they put on active rest during a workout. The screens help with form when the coach is busy and make it easy to remember where to go and what to do. The stretches after camp go with the exercises we just did and the warm-ups are tailored to what we are going to do. So far, it’s been a great experience!

My son and I recently tried BFT after being at another group fitness gym. I was looking for a switch up in my workout and heard BFT was opening close to my house. What I really like is there are multiple trainers in each class and class sizes are capped. I don’t have to fight for equipment and the workouts have been challenging in a good way. I've been going to BFT for a few weeks now, and I already love it! It’s unlike any other workout experience I’ve had. The class has screens at the front displaying the exercises and the target heart rate zones, which makes it easy to follow along and stay on track. The heart rate monitoring is especially helpful—it gives you real-time feedback so I know when to push harder or ease up some.

I really appreciate that on strength days, the focus is on lower reps with heavier weights. It feels more effective and safer than doing endless reps, especially if you’re prone to overuse injuries. The coaches are consistently knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive.
