I’ve been bringing my son to Body-N-Motion for six months now and couldn’t be more impressed. Dean is exceptional in his work with kids — he understands how to build their athletic ability while making the training fun and motivating. My son has improved his strength, agility, and confidence in that time, and Dean always adapts the sessions to his level while gently pushing him forward.

Another thing we really appreciate is that they offer specific classes catered to different sports, which helps kids develop the exact skills they need to compete and grow. The environment at Body-N-Motion is welcoming, focused, and truly committed to helping young athletes reach their potential. Highly recommended.

I’m a 62 year old active guy but over the past number of years I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass so that doing normal chores around the house and in the yard have become difficult. So I found Don as a referral from a friend and I’ve been working out with Don for several months and I’ve lost 10 pounds from my belly and I’m sleeping better and am no longer out of breathe as I’m doing lifting and work around the house. In addition I’m up to walking 4 miles several times a week to get my aerobic capacity up. I recommend Body n Motion for anyone wishing to get rid of a belly and get some muscle mass back.

I started training at Body-N-Motion with Mahony Brogan in May 2018. I knew he had a passion for his work because our first session was on Memorial Day. After 18 months, I have had tremendous results. I have lost 75 lbs and reshaped my body. I am no longer a diabetic and was able to stop several medications. Chronic back and hip pain have disappeared. At 54, I feel great. Mahony has been a large part of all of these changes.
Mahony has a great knowledge of training techniques. He is very attentive and monitors my technique to maximize the benefit of each exercise and avoid injury. All the staff and equipment at Body-N-Motion is top-notch. Do yourself a favor and book a session with Mahony.

I started with Body N Motion in the fall of 2013. My goal was to get in good overall physical condition. I was 43 at the time and could tell that my body was slipping away. The activity I enjoy most is golf. I noticed that after 18 holes I was tired. This should not be the case at 43. I spent that winter and spring in the gym twice a week. My trainer focused on exactly what I needed based on what I explained my goals were. Mike actually purchased some golf specific training devices. In the spring of 2014 I hit the course a different player. I was amazed at what a few months in the gym could do. I was stronger and hitting the ball with a great deal more confidence. I dropped 6 strokes off my handicap and won two longest drives in outings that year. I am still in the gym twice a week and plan to be for life. Clearly the greatest benefit to Body N Motion is what it does for my overall health but I am most pleased with is what it did for my game.

Very professional and well-trained staff. My personal workouts and goals are for balance and strength. I have been a client for 1-1/2 years. Since I am a "mature" lady, my goals are not to body build but to keep my health from my workout experiences and through the balance and strength training. Mike's knowledge of the human body is outstanding. I believe he does a great job in passing his knowledge and experience to his staff which includes Josh with whom I am training.
