I was frustrated at home trying to use an app and lose the baby weight on my own. I couldn’t keep motivated or get the results I wanted for working out alone. I had SI joint pain that was made worse with lunges and squats. I got introduced to Troy and started going twice a week. He corrected my form (something I couldn’t do alone) and pushed me to max out with each move. Within 2 weeks, my SI joint pain was gone and I now have found a rhythm in my schedule so I make working out a priority. I’m thrilled with my progress and future.

We all have our own unique reason to see a personal trainer. For me, joining Body Outfitters has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.
The trainers are awesome! Every session is very intentional. They focus on proper technique, explain why we’re doing certain movements, and adjust exercises on the fly as needed.
Also important is the environment is fun, the facility is immaculate, and the equipment is excellent.
Whatever your reasons may be, I would highly recommend you give them a try.

I am new to personal training, so it seemed very scary and intimidating to me, but after meeting Troy and having several training sessions with him, I no longer am afraid or intimated by working with a trainer. Troy has been the most supportive and encouraging person to work with. He has been thoughtful to make sure I understand movements and their benefits. He also is quick to correct me or make adjustments during the workout—which makes me feel safe as I’m learning what these movements are and where I should feel it. If you’re looking to invest in your health and wellness, you should contact Troy. He is truly invested in my progress, and I am so glad to have him as my personal trainer.

I’ve been working with Seth on my last couple sessions, and as an ex college athlete who used to work with trainers every day it’s been awesome to get eyes back on me to make the small changes that I’ve needed after a couple years of training by myself. I also leave the training sessions having worked out for less time, but feel like I’m accomplishing way more! I highly recommend Body Outfitters, especially the new Keystone location! I have been training with Seth, and he is so great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to explain the goals of the exercises that we are doing. I also really appreciate his encouragement and attention to detail when it comes to making sure that I am properly doing the movements. It is great to work with someone who takes my goals into account and helps me work toward them. There is “working out” and there is WORKING OUT!!!!! I have always done a little yoga and Pilates BUT Seth has really helped me do exercises correctly, breathing right etc and I went water skiing and was not even sore! I go with a friend which makes it “fun” as well.
Now is the time! Do it!!!!

I’ve been working with Troy for roughly 3 years now. This new studio he is at is great — the 30-minute sessions are very efficient and keep things moving. I feel like I get a solid workout in without wasting time. All the other staff I’ve met there have also been super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I was so excited to see a Body Outfitters location open up near Keystone at the Crossing! I do a partner session once a week with my friend, and we train with Troy. Troy pushes us to try new exercises and lift heavier than we think we can, and we've both noticed how much stronger we are feeling going about our everyday lives. Our Body Outfitters session has actually become a highlight of our week -- even if it inspires a curse word here and there during a workout. :) Highly recommend checking out Body Outfitters!

I get trained by Troy here at Body Outfitters and he is amazing! Ive lost 20 lbs already in the last couple of months. He makes sure my form is good so I dont hurt myself, and he really pushes me more than I would push myself. I have noticed I have gotten stronger as well. Building muscle and losing fat was my goal so im very happy and will continue training there. The best part about Troy is he is very patient and understanding as well, for I often reschedule my appointments, so I am grateful for that too! Highly recommended Troy and the others at Body Outfitters Keystone Location.

I have worked with Alex for about a year and a half, after recovering from an injury. I have been beyond impressed with his expertise, and his perfect combination of challenging me to push to my max while knowing when I have reached my threshold.

I had to take a few months off from personal training, and when I returned Alex placed me with Seth who had available space. I have been more than impressed with his level of knowledge and competency with a perfect balance of pushing me beyond what I think I’m capable of yet honoring my doubts.

I have worked with other trainers and other places, and Body Outfitters is heads and tails above any experience I have ever had.

In addition, their attention given to your personal growth is much more than the 30 min training session. There is an ongoing connection to what is going on in your personal life that could affect your growth through your current challenges, and an openness to discuss nutrition, mental well being, and personal agency.

I couldn’t recommend this gym more. It’s an incredibly knowledgeable staff.

My body has transformed. I’m almost 50, and I have more leg definition than when I was a dancer in my teens.

It's not often that you find a place that truly gives you what you need.

I've worked with trainers before that were comfortable with letting my feelings prevent me from making real progress toward my goals.

After working with Alex and several of the other trainers with Body Outfitters they never let me quit on myself and showed me what it actually takes to make progress. (Without ego or injuries!)

If you are looking to actually progress toward your goals and not just brag about how often you go to a gym this is the place to be.
