Kat runs such a great studio! I'm so thankful for the support and friendship I've received! The studio focuses on body positivity and accepts everyone who walks through the door! The workouts challenge you and meet you where ever you are in your fitness journey!

I love coming here! I can pop in and out as my schedule allows. It doesn't matter if you know the routines or not, Kat will walk you through all of them and encourages you to just do your best. I've been in classes where some people physically cannot do something, like when we are on yoga mats and instead will do what they can in a chair or leaning against a wall. Sometimes people have taken breaks during the class if they need one and there is no judgement. We always support each other!

Kats exercise classes are so fun! She has a lot of energy, makes the classes fun, and keeps you moving. While also helping everyone feel comfortable and working at thier own pace.
