I grew up in Indiana and went to school with Jeremy, who I haven’t seen in over 25yrs. This week, while back in town for work, I made a surprise visit to see my friend at Brother’s Gym. I have never used a personal trainer before, but got my first session in with Jeremy today and man was it awesome! In about 20 mins he taught me proper bench form and had me benching more than I ever have. He is a great fitness coach and breaks everything down so it is easy to understand. My arms and chest were on fire after the workout. I highly recommend Brother’s Gym!

Jeremy knows his stuff! I went to him with lower back problems and badly out of shape and overweight! In 7 months I lost 25lbs, no lower back pain and feel best I have in long time. He tells me what to, and ensures I do it! 😂 I highly recommend Brothers Gym!
