Best gym in the area. Access is via phone app, never have any issues, 24/7 access. It’s always clean and there is plenty of space for everyone. Can get busy but never feels crowded. They have a machine for nearly everything and plenty of free weight racks.

I have been going to CFX for over 7 years at this point. The staff are incredible, especially Mike. It's clean, well laid out and has a great mix of free weights and machines.

The people that go to CFX are pretty laid back and friendly. I don't ever leave reviews online, but CFX is a great spot and well-deserving of a 5-star review.

I just signed up for the gym. I love the extensive amount of equipment that they have. I love the atmosphere. But I go when there’s no staff and the people that are in there with me working out, they’re absolutely disgusting. They don’t wipe down their equipment when their done and they use the towels that are meant to wipe down the equipment as a personal sweat towel. I really wish there was a more strict policy for this or a reminder sent out to everybody that they need to wipe down the equipment when they’re done. If it wasn’t for this, it would be five stars no problem

Gym is decent…showers and place is pretty clean. Staff is “ok” —-revised SO DIFFICULT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I specifically told them when I signed up that I am on-call and may need to leave at moments notice. They told me, no problem…months of xtra payments later, they finally closed my account. Plus, dude at front desk was more interested in talking to women than helping any one out.

I have been a member of CFX formerly known as Charter Fitness for a while. I haven't had any major issues until lately. Most of the staff there is friendly and eager to help you if in need. They are really good people to connect with. I am leaving this review because I just recently got my car vandalized while using the gyms facilities. This incident occurred during the morning hours with heavy traffic nearby. For safety reasons, I feel like this should be highlighted and people are aware of their surroundings.
The gym does not have security cameras outside, so they were not able to catch the perpetrator that vandalized my car. I was instructed to go to the restaurant across the way and see if they picked anything up on their surveillance cameras. This incident had me contemplating canceling my membership. There was no real remedy for this except to park closer to the door.

I was contemplating again on whether or not to leave a review about my experience at CFX, but the manager at the gym made a big deal about some water I accidently spilled on the floor, so here we go....
The cleanliness of the gym is subpar especially the women's bathroom and shower area. I can attest to these things because I have experienced it. There have been days when there was no tissue, no soap, towel paper all over the floor, garbage cans full of garbage, unclean and filthy bathrooms, sewer flies all over the bathroom walls. This has been a major complaint amongst some of the women. I have made complaints before. Gyms are a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses. They need to hire a cleaning service STAT. I have more to say but I will stop here for now...

This is a good gym; what would boost the atmosphere and attendance of this location is to do weekly goals for each member and/or doing a monthly friendly competition with awarding the winner of each competition. Needing a marketer I would be willing to help or give my advice from all the gyms I attended or visited.

I feel like there's no piece of equipment this gym doesn't have! Plus the members and staff alike go out of their way to show you if you're unsure how to do something.
I've been a member here since Fall 2022. People in other reviews have said "the culture was created by Justin". I have no idea what they're talking about. He never spoke to me once and as far as I'm concerned this place is running fine without him.
Lastly, I'd say two of my favorite things about this gym are the terf area to do sled pushes and the boxing bags available inside and outside of staffed hours!

Honestly this place was the best gym ever but after Justin you can already tell it’s becoming way worse. I will absolutely be looking for another gym unless they bring him back. Overall this has been amazing gym that I've been going to almost everyday for a year and I wish I could still say that, unfortunately however since the departure of Justin, the management skills are seeming to be in a downward spiral. The culture here was built from the ground up by Justin and his ability as a trainer. I am considering changing my gym membership unless Justin were to be reinstated.

I’ve been a member since I moved into the area last summer. First off, the staff always makes sure you’re comfortable. In the off chance that there are issues with other gym goers, they have your back and make sure coming to the gym is an enjoyable, positive experience for everyone. In terms of equipment - they have various rehabilitation and stretching tools, a turf with 2 sled pushes, private rooms for stretching/rolling out, kettlebells, free weights, all sorts of machines, cardio equipment, and a ton of barbells for Olympic lifting. If you’re looking for a new gym, this is a great one at a great price.

It appears it isn’t the management at the facility because they’re frustrated about the situation also.

Beware of Shady Contracts. I have significant concerns about their business practices, especially when it comes to contracts and membership cancellations. I signed up for a month-to-month plan online, but found that even if you don't utilize their services, the gym makes it exceedingly difficult to cancel your membership. Additionally, they employ aggressive tactics like threats of sending your account to collections if you stop paying.

While the facility and staff may be descent, the hidden contracts you don't even realize your agreeing to are unethical in my view. It's a business model that, in my opinion, needs revisiting and should be approached with caution by potential members.

Started coming a little over a year ago not knowing anything about the gym or how things worked. The staff really care more about your well being rather than your money. This place isn’t a joke. If you want someone to tell you what you really need to make progress and to be honest with you, these people know their stuff and I’ve seen real progress. Been at this gym since September 2021. Awesome staff, they really know their business. But more importantly, they CARE about each and every client that walks in. I’m a senior citizen and I feel right at home here. I am so much healthier since working with my trainer. If I could give Zero stars, I would. Filthy dirty, complaints fall on deaf ears. I’ve been a member for several years and it just continues to go downhill. Like others, I cancelled my membership a long time ago (after several failed attempts at doing so - they never received the mail I sent twice from out of the country). Finally I made it in and signed and was told I'd no longer be paying this monthly fee. It turns out that was a lie. They continued to bill me all through last year. I called and the guy claiming to be the manager (who later admitted he isn't) - Nick - got an attitude from the outset and told me it was a mistake they had made last year by not moving my cancellation into the right file. Whoops! When I talked to him about the refund he owes me, Nick was reluctant and told me to call back later to talk to the real manager and then hung up on me. I suspect this is a normal practice for them - to continue taking money after you cancel. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau today to file a complaint with them.
