It's a Charter Fitness. Not too mental-busy, even at prime times. Staff were typically alright, besides owner/main manager who seemed a little overly self-assured but perhaps we just rubbed each other wrongly.

That location unexpectantly closed on Monday. We received no notice. A lot of the cardio machines were broken. The dressing room and bathrooms were always dirty.

$10 a month with a great mix of free weights and machines. A staff member helped me with a flat tire just last week. Love this gym and the hours are great!

My issue is that some equipment is older and benches are torn, there are 2 or 3 stations where you have towels and there are 2 spray bottles with solution, sometimes one is broken, bottles are large and can't carry those with you so most member find this to be too much of a hustle and don't wipe equipment after them selves, bathrooms smell at times and don't look clean, it's one of the worst locations I've been in, sorry to say.

Equipment is broken, leather is cracked and ripped, smells,half the lights are out. It's been months and still not fixed. Employees are lazy and clueless. They don't have good customer service. They would rather screw you out of money then give you back your money. Don't buy training sessions you won't get a refund if you don't use them all. Regional manger is a jerk and doesn't know how to make the customer happy and to resolve issues.

I cancled my account... Apparently they deleted someone else account and i kept getting charge i now have $140 owed to them! And they said they would fix it for months now, and they still havent done nothing. Never will i make an account again with them.

Much nicer since the remodel, in terms of space and availability of machines. However, I have been asked to vacate the TRX area upstairs by 2 of the trainers because they have a one-on-one session. I understand patrons are paying extra for their training sessions, but isn't this what the personal training room downstairs is for?

Staff is pretty "unapproachable". Meaning, they SHOULD look you in the eye when speaking to you. The atmosphere there is OK, just OK. Over all, not a friendly environment.

The gym overall I like but the employees I really don't care for the employees don't seem friendly or approachable at all the trainers don't seem like they want to be there and the manager overall seem to have an attitude..granted at times we all have our days but Damn act like you'll enjoy what you'll do especially for the new comers like myself who would like to consider help from a trainer...last but not least I set up my consultation with a trainer and I was there for the schedule time trainer was not which wasn't professional at all not interested in receiving help from trainers at all.

I love doing my cardio routines here. It just gets the boredom and stress away from me. usually spend an hour or two here during weekends. i happen to befriend some faces around. place is great.

Okay equipment for price an its very easy to sign up for membership but make you u write letter to there finance company to cancel membership I guess you saying it out your mouth not good enough an another thing don't let you have a problem that your local gym can't take care your just screwed they have no corporate number
