Great experience. Thorough professional and caters to clients exact needs. Dropped 20lbs within 2 months without starving myself or doing a ton of cardio. Definitely recommend, but come ready to work because he’s intense — in a good way 🤝

Down 18 lbs! I recently completed my first 2 months with Tre. I hired him to help me lose weight before my vacation and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. Tre is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and tailored my workouts to fit my personal goals.
To add a little background, I had not worked out regularly and I have never been very athletic. Tre has made working out enjoyable for me. I now look forward to training days. I don’t know what’s better, his attitude or the atmosphere he creates.

I used to use drugs and live a very unhealthy lifestyle. Truck driving was a great way to get fat, too! I initially came to Trevon because he is University educated. Trevon helped me loose 52 pounds in a few months without making the trips to the Gym dreadful.
