I make sure I join this CrossFit gym every time Iβm in town. The coaches are welcoming and pay attention to every memberβs needs during group classes. They lead warm ups and make sure everyone understands the movements.
Great gym and community for beginners as well as competitive athletes.

I started attending yoga classes at Common Ground with more frequency this year and it's been the best gift I've given myself. There are so many classes and instructors to choose from. Every class and teacher has a different style, but the common theme of giving yourself the gift of yoga and how you can reconnect with your body through movement and breath is the same. The studio is beautiful. Classes are affordable and the community is wonderful.

Kelsey and her staff are amazing! Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, Common Ground Crossfit +Yoga will meet your skill level! The instructors will gently challenge you and encourage you to reach your next level, whatever that level may be. Love these instructors and the positive environment! Love this place. I just finished my 1st month as a member and I'm signing up again. The staff and members are an extraordinary group! Very warm and welcoming to new ppl. There is a wide range of athleticism, no pressure to be hard core or to do the extreme and they teach you the ropes as you go, making sure you're performkng safely and effectively. It seems intimidating until you actually attend and see that you really are a part of the group. YOU CAN DO IT! It's the most empowering form of fitness I've ever been a part of. I walk a little taller with my head held a little higher every day. Plenty of time options to fit any schedule.

I've never been more consistent with fitness than I am with Common Ground. The coaching is GREAT! It's a community. People know your name. It's energetic! There's nothing really like it in Terre Haute, and I've shopped around.
I didn't have a lifting background so I was very skeptical about CrossFit, but I've never been disappointed.
It's a great place that I recommend to PATIENTS all the time.
This place makes it easy. Show up, listen, and try.

This is a very good crossfit gym.... My issue was being overweight and older i didn't find a good balance for someone my age... Im 52...and starting fitness again. It's more catered to already fit and younger crowd. Shame. Year and half earlier i could have easily kept up when i was training for spartan three times a week and personal trainer twice a week..... Discouraged though to come in and not feel very supported and isolated without my age group or starting point. Some of the exercises were way to much to start with even though i was only in ramp up class

I have done crossfit and yoga here for multiple months. Both Molly and Kelsey are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I'm not an in shape person and I appreciated that they never made me feel self conscious and always offered support and motivation.
Any research into crossfit will warn you of the dangers of untrained personnel and the high risk of injury doing crossfit because of it. I believe that because Molly and her highly trained staff stress the importance of safety, correct form, and scale any exercise to your level that they have created a box that you're no more likely to get injured in than any other normal non crossfit gym. They don't even allow you to do the olympic lifts crossfit is known for until you go through on ramp classes and then multiple hour long one on one sessions with Molly to teach you the basics and correct form for every lift.
Kelsey's yoga philosophy fits hand in hand with their crossfit tenants of safety, form, and scaling. No matter what pose she leads you through, she will always give you options and encouragement to get you through the class.
This place has a great atmosphere and great staff. I would highly recommend to anyone no matter what their level of fitness.

Dropped in for an open gym workout, Molly and Kelsey were very kind and inviting. Staff is very intelligent and know what it takes to make you a great athlete or even just that healthier you that you have been trying to become. The whole crew working out there were very accepting of me as a drop in and has a huge family vibe. I can only say that combining crossfit and yoga are an awesome idea that all the athletes and local students should take advantage of if you really want to achieve higher fitness goals. If you just drop by and check out the facility, you will see exactly what I'm reviewing about and will not be disappointed.

There is no place in the Wabash Valley like Common Ground! The Crossfit coaches and Yoga instructors are the best in the business. They truly care about your health, wellness and personal fitness goals and will guide you to success. They are amazing athletes that motivate and inspire me every day. The WOD programming is the best you will find. The education and training that you are given during the introductory on ramp classes ensures that the movements are learned properly and performed in a safe way. The personal attention given by all of the staff as well as the amazing community of people at this box have truly changed my life. They are my family and there is no better hour in my day then the hour I spend at the box. CrossFit is for any age, any fitness level, and any size. There are ways to adapt the movements for everyone. The hardest step is the first one. Come check it out and see what the buzz is all about! If you are visiting from out of town and are looking for a box to drop into for a great workout, Common Grounds is the place! We would love to have you!

Clean & full of positive energy. Great coaching in both CrossFit & Yoga disciplines. Common Ground cares about the well-being of their clients and continually focuses on education and motivation. Most CrossFit boxes and Yoga studios make claims boasting "great community", which is likely true, Common Ground GIVES the additional effort to their community.
