My first few sessions with Jordan have been great! Coming from a place of never spending much time in a gym he has been patient in explaining, demonstrating, and correcting me through the routine. He has made adjustments to accommodate where I am starting from and when an exercise was straining my knee he quickly altered it to reduce that strain. He checks in regularly and has subtly ramped up what I am doing each session, gently pushing but making sure it's not too much for me to handle.

I loved the workout and how it can be easily modified for different people in the session. Options for cardio at the end are always great so I can pick the lesser of two evils!

I joined Distinct Fitness in July 2025. In a short time my mobility, balance, and strength has improved. My cardio and recovery is better than it has been in a very long time. I’ve been to many gyms over the years and Jordan is by far as the best trainer. I would highly recommend Distinct Fitness to anyone’s considering joining.
