I worked out here for over a year before I moved states. I was able to get on track with my weight, and be proud of the muscles I worked hard to create. Zach is also an all around fantastic guy, who is a great trainer! I highly recommend this small business for your gym venture

Zach's training & coaching is very versatile. He is able to customize workouts on the fly, depending on goals and/or physical limitations. The small gym atmosphere promotes a personalized feel. The clientele showcases all ranges of abilities - from youth, to middle-agers, to athletes with specific training regimens, to seniors keeping their health in check. The incorporation of other useful partnerships & practices, like stretch classes, yoga, mobility therapy, and meal planning are also an added bonus. I am so glad to have found EP!
