He is genuinely happy to see my improvement and loves hearing my stories of what I can do now and how great I feel. He is such a great cheerleader for me every time I come in! I love how it’s not like a gym in there and you get your one on one time, and it’s only 20 minutes. It’s insane how I have all these results with only 20 minutes a week!! I definitely recommend this for busy people who want to feel and look better but don’t have a lot of time. I never have joint pain anymore and my overall pain is basically gone! The science behind the way they train actually does what it’s supposed to do. Increased strength, stronger joints, overall increased health and so much more! Exercise, Inc. Avon…. has been key to my wellness journey success. The exercises have strengthened my core and leg muscles assisting in my recovery from knee surgeries and my desire to be active.
Once a week I work with a professional trainer to lift and lower weight slowly. The trainers are very motivating and supportive.

This place is a great option for people who want to increase their health and wellness, and do not have a lot of time to go to the gym as well. The workouts are designed for your specific needs and the complete circuit usually takes about 20 minutes. While this is not the cheapest exercise class in town, it is probably one of the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides excellent value with training and nutrition. They also will hold you accountable to help keep you on track. Josh Cox is a great trainer and is a great addition to the Excercise Inc team. If you are looking into some type of physical training, this is definitely worth checking out!

My husband and I started at Exercise Inc. in Avon in July of 2019. We both have better core balance for a couple of 70 plus year old people. We are stronger than we ever expected to become. We highly recommend Josh and look forward to many years of continuous strength training at Exercise Inc. with him. I have tried many of the clubs, the expensive and the cheap. I tried the video membership channels, the social media groups, etc. Exercise inc fit my schedule. I can feel the workout days later. I am stronger now than I have been since college and lower weight since then. I feel better and toned. Not big and bulky but stronger and move easier. 20 minutes each week shows continuing improvement. The appointment keeps me accountable without the shame of needing to move around work.
Price and value are related. I see the improvement and service as high value for the price. I have traded what I spent on fast food for improved health. That value is high.

I started going to Exercise INC. in July of 2020. I am 40 years old and received a saddening diagnosis of hip dysplasia, January 2020, that went undiagnosed and caused a moderate to severe amount of arthritis. My pain was so bad that I was looking at a hip replacement in 1-5 years. I went to Exercise Inc as a last resort. It was the best decision I have made! With building muscle around my hips and overall body, I am pain free! I am more stable, stronger, and feel encouraged for my health. I have bad days here and there, but I am no longer considering a hip replacement in the near future. I highly recommend their program. It’s one of a kind!

There is no shortcut to being healthy, but under the Guidance of Bo Railey at Exercise Inc, I am succeeding with a 20 minute workout per week and a very straight forward common sense diet plan that works. I have been a client since 2009. The coach's are knowledgeable, supportive and do not judge you. A goal is a wish without a plan. You will be presented with a plan to achieve your goal of being stronger and feeling better about yourself. Try it if you have failed to follow through in the past. Then commit yourself. This does work.

I have been a client for about 13 years I think. I have very complex orthopedic issues that started in childhood and have gotten much worse the last 15 plus years. These prevent me from doing other exercise. I need the weight training to keep some mobility.
I like that it is completely private and seems more like a therapy session. 20 minutes once a week with the recovery time really works. I started out with Vee in Brownsburg and now work with Corey in Avon.
In my case, I can confidently say that I would be in a wheelchair by now if not for Exercise Inc! All of my joint issues are not fixable, BUT KEEPING MY MUSCLES STRONG, ESPECIALLY IN MY BACK, KEEPS ME ABSOLUTELY PAIN FREE AND MOBILE. I thank God for Exercise Inc!!!

I have been exercising at Exercise, Inc. for over three years. My trainer, Tracie, has done an excellent job in coordinating my workouts and encouraging me to eat properly. On my own, I know that I would not maintain a regular workout schedule or stay on a healthy diet. I have lost around 20 pounds and kept the weight off. The 20 minutes a week fits into my schedule and the workouts help me to feel the way I want to.
