I cannot say enough great things about Exercise Inc in Zionsville! My husband and I started our training back in 2019 and have continued for the last 6 years, doing one-on-one ( only 20 minutes ) strength building sessions with our trainers. My trainer Ethan Goodman is awesome! He's very personable and professional. He encourages me and keeps me moving with correct form on the machines. I'm 74 years old and I'm able to do ballroom dancing once a week and play Pickleball twice a week without hurting myself because my muscles are strong.

I have been going to Exercise Inc in Zionsville since October 2022 and it has truly changed my life! I initially started because I was having shoulder pain and decreased range of motion in my shoulder. I now have no pain and range of motion is so much better! This is despite being told by an orthopedic surgeon that I had arthritis and my shoulder was “bone on bone” and exercise would not help—only a shoulder replacement would fix it! I am so much stronger and have lost weight and I thank my trainer, Ethan! He is absolutely awesome! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get in better shape in just 20 minutes per week! They are correct - hardest 20 minutes every week - and yet we look forward to it. Really works out your physique all over. Different exercises every week - new ones added about every month. I have been working in Ethan at Exercise Inc. for a little over a year now, and it has made a world of difference. I always struggled sticking with a workout plan but 20 minutes a week was doable (and actually made noticeable gains with that little time). I knew I wanted to get in better shape prior to getting pregnant and so I started working with him around six months prior to getting pregnant. I wanted to focus on getting stronger and building muscle tone and that’s exactly what happened. I like the focus on building muscle as well as healthy nutritional habits. The great thing is that now that I am pregnant I have more strength than I ever thought I could have, and I have been able to handle the various physical difficulties of pregnancy. I know I would not be this mobile eight months into pregnancy if I hadn’t started working with Ethan last year.
I feel more confident in giving birth, knowing that I have the leg, core, and upper body strength to handle that, as well as postpartum. I am so grateful for Ethan and having that 20 minutes a week to make all the difference in building my house.

Trained at Brownsburg for many years and saw fantastic results. Size 14 to a 6. I have been working with Ethan in the Zionsville location for 3 months now. He is awesome to work with. He really knows his stuff and has helped me a great deal in making progress in my weight loss and strengthing. He evens gives me pointers to help me strenghten muscles that are just very weak. I also love the one on one service that you get with your trainer. I like that there are not a lot of people, like other gyms. I am not one who likes going to a big box gym, and Exercise Inc. allows me to work out without a bunch of other people around.

Love working with Sid and these guys. I've been a client for almost 6 months, and am grateful for the opportunity to work with them. Their model works-at least it does for me. I have been going to Exercise Inc for over 5 years now. In that period of time I have lost over 80 pounds and been able to keep it off. My main reason was to improve my balance have more energy and keep my muscles working. I go downhill skiing every other year out west. The program David has put me through has made skiing much easier even at 12,000 altitude and Blue/Black Diamond Runs. I have been able to ski over 450,000 vertical feet with no injuries or pain. This year I bought a new Slalom water ski. I had not water skied in over 10 years. I was able to make a deep water start on 1 ski. I am 6'-4" and 280 pounds. I turned 60 this year and I can keep up (mostly) with my 20+ year old kids on the Mountains and in at the Lake. Thanks David and Exercise Inc., I could not have done it with out you.

Exercise, Inc. has been a game-changer for me. I have been working with Kyle for the past two years and the impact on my life has been substantial. As I moved into my early 60s, it became very apparent that I was beginning to lose muscle mass. Based on the recommendations of a couple of friends, my wife and I decided to give Exercise, Inc. a shot. At first, I was skeptical that the limited amount of workout time once a week would do much, but I needed to do something. I wasn’t so much interested in bulking up as I was toning up. I have been doing some version of the high-intensity work outs offered at Exercise Inc on and off for years, and they are pretty much unmatched in their physiologic and biologic benefits. When I lived outside of Indianapolis I tried to do this style of work out on my own, but the need for the right equipment and a personal trainer to push you past the apex of where you can individually take yourself is a must, and Exercise Inc has the best of both in the entire city. The 20 minutes once a week really does work, and is not just some gimmick. I am not a runner, but during the covid shut down I had to revert to doing something different, and was easily able to log some road miles without having run more than a 400 meter dash in forever. As someone who stays fairly busy, the lifestyle benefits of not spending hours a week in the gym are obvious. As a physician, I would highly recommend this workout to anyone looking to add true strength while vastly improving their overall health.

Megan is the best! I have been training with Megan for over a year now and I have lost ten pounds and I feel amazing! I didn’t know it was possible to lose weight and gain muscle at 52 years old, but the combination of the slow lift method and the tailored nutrition plan have really worked! Megan cares about all of her clients and takes the time to answer any questions that you may have. Recently I started training with her virtually due to the Coronavirus and I absolutely love it! A severe osteoporosis diagnosis in 2017 brought me to Exercise, Inc. I decided to try it instead of daily injections. Two years later and my bone scan shows improvement. I have never been, nor do I want to be a "gym guy". I've always wanted to "play my way" either in sports or riding a bike, taking a hike, etc. But when I learned of the Exercise Inc. method that's only 20 minutes per week, doesn't make you sweaty and in need of a shower, I gave it a try.
