I visited this location but am a member at another f45/visit others in the USA. This location specifically was so unfriendly. Neither of the coaches acknowledged me when I came in nor ever introduced themselves… Before, during, or after the workout. Neither coach Give me a tour of the studio. During the class there was very minimal coaching. Members, were also unfriendly and seemed to accept that culture at this location. Most F45 locations have everyone hi-five and fist bump after The class. These members only high-fived their closest friends/3 people next to them. No one spoke to me, introduce themselves, or welcomed to me. Definitely the worst F45 out of all that I have visited. The best part of this location was their large restrooms.

I did not know exactly what I was getting into when I began F45 training. The Staff has been an awesome blessing for me, helping me modify a few of the workouts due to some limitations on my part.

F45 is ever changing and fast paced. The structure and timing of the exercises keeps me focused on my workout so I don’t have time to be insecure in the gym environment. The staff regularly provides tips on correct form and modifications to increase or decrease an individual’s difficulty level at each exercise. This has helped me grow so much in physical and mental health!

F45 has been life-changing for my wife and me. We got into the best shape of our lives, and we’re in our 50s. Do not use age as an excuse! That’s coming from a past endurance runner! I was 215 when I joined F45 in early 2021, and dropped to a built 175 by the summer. It’s motivating training with a group of friends with a training plan that changes… that’s so your body doesn’t plateau because you’re doing the same regimen. We train 5-6 mornings per week AND eat/drink with nutrition in mind. You can’t out-train poor eating habits. Try F45 and join a community of friends who encourage each other. I am now an operations manager of a local health and fitness resort as a result of our transformation through F45!!!

For the last 4 years I have been wanting to get back into the gym and better myself physically. I would struggle with finding the motivation to do so until I tried F45. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT! Everyone in there is pushing each other to be their best self and that is exactly the energy that gets me motivated! I 10/10 recommend giving it a try if you are struggling with finding motivation at a regular gym!

I wasn’t sure about joining. I thought it might be too expensive or not have the right class times. I wasn’t sure it would be worth it. I was SO wrong. I love the energy and how quick the workouts are, the coaches and the results I’m ALREADY seeing after 3 weeks. It’s perfect. There’s coaching when I need it, and although there are other people there it truly feels so quick and youre in your own world while you’re there. You don’t even notice anyone else unless I make a point to. I LOVE my gym, and have felt more motivated to work out than I have in years. At least try the free week. You’ll be sold and the results are amazing!

Is F45 Worth the hype? 🤷🏾‍♂️

Must read!😓👇🏽

Working out in the gym really isn't for everyone. Guilt, boredom and laziness. The list goes on.😔

Come to think about it, you're probably not a fan of burpees either. I know how you feel because that is how most people who I came across felt too, until I realize I was losing my time with no results to show for it.🤔

This is what I believe about F45, that there is a solution with this unique idea; workout that does the job by uniting the muscle groups of your body. Keyword is “uniting”. It’s no joke, a training concept that blends cardio and resistance training alongside high-intensity interval training to get you cut, shredded and chiseled like never before – with only 45 minutes of exercise per workout 🏋️‍♂️ 😓💪🏽

People also ask:

Is F45 worth the hype?

So, is an F45 membership worth it? If you enjoy group fitness, an F45 membership is worth it. F45 is known for building tight-knit communities and maintaining positive, encouraging environments. However, it's not the gym to go to if your goals are to get as strong as possible or if you have physique-based goals.

What does F45 do to your body?

The Benefits of the F45 Challenge

“It improves overall body composition by lowering body fat percentage, and usually people see an increase in muscle mass as well.” But Tobin says the biggest benefit of the F45 Challenge is the healthy and sustainable habits it instills over the 45-days.

Is 20 minutes of exercise a day enough?

Having the option to, and then freely choosing more physical activities in your day may be the greatest benefit of improved fitness. Yes, 20 minutes of exercise is better than nothing. Any and every bout of physical activity/exercise contributes to a fitter, healthier - and, very likely, happier - you!

Highly recommended 💥💥💥💥💥

F45 is awesome! All of the trainers are super nice and helpful. I like that each day has a different focus, so I can rest assured I will get both cardio and strength training in on a weekly basis. It is also easy to modify so if I am wanting to take it easier one day, I can still get in a good workout. Highly recommend!!
