The staff is awesome and welcoming. They gym could use some more machines but you can definitely complete your workouts with the machines available.

I like they don't play music. I get so tired of hearing mind numbing radio barf everywhere in public, and at all the gyms, that finding one where I don't have to wear noise cancelling headphones to keep the trash out of my ears is like striking gold. Its almost a great gym, but they could replace the pulleys with more freeweights. I guess the best gym is the one you build yourself.

Two stars for clean workout facility and good equipment.
But staff have a habit of forgetting/ignoring your questions/concerns and updating your membership, thus there is no record for you to refer later. Got overcharged and had to walk there to fix it couple times. Also they ask to pay double for a month if you freeze your membership for a while (pay for the month on the first day + the monthly recurring payments for the same month)

Was a member for 3 years. Very clean, not too crowded - I've never had to wait for a machine. Good price, friendly staff, I have no complaints. Going to continue membership as soon as baby is old enough for childcare.

Great place to work out or shoot some hoops. You can check out a room for a party or meeting. College students have a great place to study. Wonderful place to live. Apartments are very nice. Be warned rent is per bed. Not room. There is a little cafe. And it is a very nice place to worship on sunday mornings!
