I waited up front for a staff member to greet me and let me have a day pass, and the staff member did not come by until over 5 minutes later. He had a Nintendo switch in his hand and didn’t seem phased by the fact that I was needing service. Because it was 10:29, he said that I would need to stop at 11 since I am not a member. He said that I had 30 minutes, ending at 11am. 7 minutes before my time was up, he was asking me to leave and pay. I am not quite sure why I had to pay for a full 30 minutes when the staff member was rushing me out the door. If you are not a member and you are wanting to get at least a 30 minute workout before staff hours are over, do not waste your time. Don’t count on a staff member being up front to help you either.

Staff seems fairly rude here. Place looks a tad rundown. Definitely will pass on joining… shame, was hoping for something better than Planet Fitness but guess it’ll have to do there instead.

Affordable $1 a day for unlimited access. Could use a big equipment upgrade, a lot of old materials. Only 2 dedicated squat racks and 1 deadlift platform, could use some more of those as well.

The best gym in town for people into fitness. If you want to be seen go to that chain gym down the road. This is locally owned and run and it offers everything you need. A very wide range of people and fitness levels go here because yhey can without feeling judged.

This place has efficient equipment. It's always well cleaned and ready for use without assistance from an employee. The basketball court is nice and cleaned aswell. Definitely worth the $7 for the entire day.

It a good friendly place. Silver Sneakers with Tracy is so helpful for many seniors of various capabilities. Tracy is a good instructor who get us moving and having fun.

I LOVE this gym...and I've been to a LOT of gyms of every size in my time! FFTK has an fantastic selection of cardio and weight lifing equipment, but not so much as to feel overwhelming. There is an impressive variety of athletes who regularly come, and I find it so inspiring - seeing them train so hard never fails to motivate me to step up my game! The bathrooms here are kept clean (important!!!!) and the staff is always so friendly. The atmosphere is positive, and I'm looking forward to many more years of training here!

Great gym with variety of activities & equipment for everyone. I was able to find a wonderful personal trainer (Brandi) through FFTK to help me get stronger & ready for my hip replacement surgery. Now that surgery is over & went well, I'm looking forward to doing even more at FFTK gym!

The variety of activities this place offers beats many fitness facilities in larger cities! The cost of their affordable membership is astounding. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, educated and SAFE! They even offer personal training services including some who are ACSM-certified which is the gold standard in the fitness industry. This is a fantastic facility! I highly recommend FFK which will help you reach whatever fitness and /or activity goals you have set for yourself!
