Owner can’t return my calls after many attempts to try and figure out how this facility is listed on silver sneakers but claim he “doesn’t know how to sign up a member under that”.
Only reason I’m trying to go to this gym, is because it is closer than driving to Plymouth or Rochester to workout. But based off of our very little interactions, my business is not welcomed at this facility. If you work for Walmart and sign up for the fitness pass, don’t bother trying to sign up at this location.

Good spot to work out for the price. It's real convenient to have a 24 gym locally especially if you have a 9-5 job and have to go at odd times like 5AM or 10pm. I would advise staying clear of it between 3pm-6pm. That's the busy hours when it's filled with all the "Bros" doing nothing but bicep curls and looking at themselves in the mirror too busy to put weights back or wipe equipment down. The only down side is that there are no showers available

Best gym imaginable for a small town gym. Would be nice to get shower at some point in the future but still great. Chad really knows how to put up a gym.
