Probably good for older kids but not for littles. Wouldn’t let us in until 10 minutes before rental time to set up decorations, cake, etc. The lady stayed the whole time and got on to any kid that was taking the foam cubes out of the foam pit and made them put them back in. When all they wanted to do was stack them. We had ages 11-1 plus my autistic niece there and we were so worried about breaking the million of silly rules there that the kids didn’t have much fun. We left early and won’t be back. Save your money and go to Top Flight.

I rented the gym area today for my son's birthday party for 2 hours. We loved the gym and everyone had a great time however the person who runs this establishment is extremely rude and hard to deal with. Inside the gym is a foam pit which everyone in the party absolutely loved however at some point I had lost my phone during his party and feared it had some how got lost in there. As soon as I got into my car I realized I didn't have my phone so I tried to go back inside to look for it quickly before leaving because I live 30 minutes away, however she had already locked the door behind me as soon as I walked out and refused to answer when I knocked. After getting home and going through all of my stuff and realizing I still could not find my phone I made a call to her and told her I believe I left my phone there. She told me I didn't because she looked around and didn't see it. I then tracked my phone and saw it was indeed still there. After seeing this, I drove back there, waited for the next party to finish and then went inside to tell her that I know my phone is inside because I have tracked it. She proceeded to tell me how I was basically out of luck and she was not going to allow me to look for it. At this point my boyfriend and I started looking anyways and playing an alarm through my phone on my tracking app to find it. We discovered it was inside the foam pit so my boyfriend jumped in quickly and found it however the entire time he was in there looking she was telling how they "do not allow people to look through the foam pit and would need to hire a company to come in and look for it" even though multiple, multiple people had been inside the foam pit playing all day long at 2 separate parties there and that was no issue. She also turned all of the lights in the building off and threatened to call the police on my boyfriend and I if we didn't stop looking immediately and leave without my phone. She also claimed to "not hear any alarm going off" even though it was loud enough to hear all the way on the other end of the building. Thankfully it took less than 5 minutes for my boyfriend to find it with the alarm and we were able to leave after that with no issue. I can't help but think how extremely rude it was for her to treat us this way especially after just handing her almost $200 for my son's party.
