If you're looking for a gym it's tapped into the strength sports world, sanctioned League competition, the nuances of personal training, continual preventive maintenance on equipment and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

A nice little local gym with a good atmosphere and plenty of well maintained equipment. Honestly the biggest downside is no pool, but then again they have nowhere to put one so what can you expect? If that's a non-issue for you then it sure beats the YMCA and definitely beats the 24 hour fit stop across the street. I love this gym!

This is absolutely the best gym I have ever been to. I don't feel judged and everyone that works out there is just trying to get better. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. If you are just trying to get your life right and focus on yourself this gym does not discriminate it welcomes all walks of life!
