I feel incredibly fortunate to have met Dylann over a year ago and began a Pilates journey that has taught me so much, so fast. As I turned 70 this past March, my ability to be fully functional, balanced, and strong has become an even higher priority than previously. With many ventures into exercise programs in my past, I can definitely attest to the benefits of Pilates to keep you going, even if you have physical issues to deal with. Dylann is a maestro at finding work-arounds when you have injuries or chronic pain due to arthritis or pretty much anything. I can't recommend her highly enough! Just don't take up my appointment times.

Dylann is an amazing Pilates instructor that cares for your over all physical health. She will take the time to ask questions and listen. If you have a physical problem she will use her knowledge in Pilates, teach you the proper technique so your body can heal. My body has become much stronger and balance over the last six months taking Pilates with Dylann at Hometown Pilates.

I love Hometown Pilates!!! Dylann is an awesome instructor. She is so knowledgeable about how our muscles, joints and bones work together. I am working on flexibility, endurance, balance and stamina as I am growing older. Dylann adapts to my needs and level of ability. She is a great encourager, too! I recommend her coaching and teaching!

Dylann is awesome! I was incredibly excited to find out we have a new pilates and tattoo studio in Angola. She has taught me so much about my posture and everyday movements.
I do about 2 sessions a week and have really been enjoying this new exercise. I didn’t know anything when I started. And I’ve learned so much since starting. We built up and I’m excited to keep going with classes and my one to one sessions with Hometown Pilates.

Dylann is so knowledgeable & structures the workout/movements to suit my body & it's needs. She's hands on & helps me understand what each area of my body should be feeling.
