This facility is dirty. Hair, dirt, sweat is small enclosed sauna. As a result, I cancelled the membership. Months later they continue to charge my bank account. I'm filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General's Office and a second complaint with the FTC for fraudulent billing practices.

This work out facility has unrivaled cleanliness for a work out studio that centers around making you sweat it out ! Huge bonus that is has 24hr accessibility to help accommodate late night goers. The workouts go from beginner level to push you to the max, you get out of it what you put in. The sauna intensifies any of the workouts you choose to tackle.

My experience at Hotworx has been nothing short of frustrating. The lack of consistency from the staff is ridiculous, every time I came in, I got different information or excuses. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of communication and accountability.

To make things worse, the equipment is constantly down or broken, and it takes forever to get anything fixed. For the price they charge, there’s absolutely no reason members should have to deal with that. It feels like they care more about locking people into contracts than actually providing a quality experience.

The idea behind Hotworx is great, but the poor management and constant issues completely ruin it. Save your money, this place is not worth the frustration.

I've been going to this HotWorx location for a little over a year and can't recommend it enough!! It has been the perfect thing to get me back to an active lifestyle after having 3 knee surgeries. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The benefits of working out in an infrared sauna are endless but my favorite benefits are improved sleep and less stress!

HOTWORX has completely raised the bar for fitness studios. I’ve been a member for 6 months, and this location has consistently maintained an exceptional level of cleanliness. The staff and owner are professional, welcoming, and always friendly, creating an environment that makes you want to keep coming back. The facility is spotless every time I walk in, and even during non-staffed hours, they provide everything needed to keep the space clean—disinfectant wipes and, most importantly, disinfectant spray.

Since HOTWORX workouts happen inside a sauna where sweat naturally ends up on floors and equipment, the spray is a must-have—especially for surfaces that can’t be fully cleaned with wipes alone(row machine, bicycle). It plays a crucial role in preventing the spread of bacteria and viruses and helps keep both members and staff safe.

It’s also worth noting—don’t believe the two 1-star reviews. When you sign up, they are very specific about the membership terms and exactly what steps to take if you want to cancel. Everything is clear and transparent.

It’s a real shame that corporate is reportedly removing the antibacterial sprays. By doing so, they’re clearly putting the health of both members and staff last. If that decision goes into effect, I’ll seriously reconsider my membership—not because of this location (which absolutely deserves 5 stars), but because of corporate’s careless and idiotic decision.

DON’T GET A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION ! The owner Laurie Evans is ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and rude. They make it hard for you to cancel your membership. I’ve been trying for months and when I finally got ahold of Laurie Evans and told her everything she told me I was lying straight through my teeth and she is going to send my bill to collections. I’m not the only person who has had a problem with this specific gym.

I absolutely love HOTWORX Clearwater Springs! The facility is always clean, the workouts are low impact but intense. The atmosphere is super motivating which I love being a former college athlete! A huge shoutout to Dominique, she is an amazing manager! She always greets everyone with a smile. She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and supported.
