Needs to be updated! You walk in and the gym looks old and over used. With all the business and money the customers hand over surely the place could look better.

Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. However if there is no one at the front desk, good luck finding someone to help you. There are lots of people there but they are not employees.

I like that there are lots of classes to pick from however the class sizes are large.

If I could give no stars I would. Ice all stars tumbling and cheer are terrible terrible to work with. To begin, when my child showed up for a trial class no one helped or welcomed us. I was told that an instructor would come to greet my child and take her to the class. That never happened. I had to find someone and take her myself. After the trial class I was told that the instructor would come out to answer any questions I have and discuss what level they think would be a good fit. We waited for 15mins and no one showed up. I was dumb enough to sign her up anyway because the facility is close to home. Never once during our time at ICE did I have a conversation her coach. We decided to leave because my child no longer wanted to do tumbling. I had already signed her up for the ice breakers mini class. My child told me she didn't want to do the class so I called several times and left multiple messages...I never heard back. I also emailed multiple times....and never heard back. Today I gained the courage to call again and I received a call back (probably because I was wanting to know when she was supposed to start the ice breakers class we paid for)...I received a call back. However, I found out that not only did they unenroll her without updating me, but also, we had a credit on the account. I mentioned how I never had any communication when trying to unenroll her so we planned to do the class. I asked if we would get a refund because of not we were doing the class. I was told I would get a phone call back and...that never happened. I have tried to call again multiple times with no response. We will NOT go back to ICE, ever! Instead we will go to Indiana elite in Noblesville, they have been much kinder and attentive. They also seem to have more skilled younger tumblers than I saw during our time at ICE.

Parking is hectic but everything else is fantastic! My child has had some of her best experiences because of ICE Indy - the coaches, the owners, and the teams - top tier gym

We just started at ICE Indy a couple months ago with our two girls doing tumbling and cheer. Both girls love their coaches and teammates. As parents, you want to see your kids happy so we love this place because it makes them happy and they love going. We drive about an hour but it's well worth it!
